I had some basic ideas of what I wanted and Identity Graphic Design's initial questionnaire helped to further define and clarify what I was trying to accomplish. The logo design process went smoothly and quickly. Bill and Linda provided a very comprehensive package that continues to save me time and money. All the various files types I have found myself needing over the past two years were provided up front. I love my logo and my customers love it. I know because they continually tell me how fun it is, and how much they enjoy it. I embroider it on all my shirts and jackets and it continually gets me noticed. I have recommended their design services to several business associates, all of whom have had the same enjoyable experience I enjoyed. If you need help with your identity this is the place to start.

    Do not waste your money or your time…read more We hired Print Boys to install window decals for our medical practice and the experience was nothing short of a masterclass in incompetence. They came out to measure our windows themselves -- their job, not ours -- and still managed to misprint materials that didn't fit. Rather than communicate this before installation, they installed over a weekend with zero notice, put up incomplete decals missing an entire middle panel, and left our before-and-after display looking like an embarrassing mess. When we finally called to get answers (because they certainly weren't going to reach out), they had the audacity to blame us for having windows of different widths -- windows they measured themselves. I then had to pull time out of my own schedule to resize and resubmit designs to correct their mistake, and they still tried to charge us for the reprints. Let that sink in: they misprint, they ghost you, they botch the installation, and then they send you a bill. And if that weren't enough -- when one of our female employees followed up, they addressed her dismissively as "woman" and doubled down rather than showing an ounce of professionalism or accountability. That kind of behavior has no place in any professional exchange, full stop. This business operates with the accountability of a middle school group project. Bigoted, incompetent, and completely uninterested in making things right. We deeply regret ever giving them our business and would strongly urge anyone -- especially other medical or professional practices -- to look elsewhere. When called out on their mistakes, they whine and deflect like children rather than handle problems like the professional adults they claim to be. But then again, they're called "Print Boys" so we should have known...

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I worked with Randy to print obituaries…read morefor my brother's memorial service. I was communicating via email initially. However, I wanted to ensure that the card stock was to my liking, so I went to the shop. Randy assured me that my order would be completed on time and to my specifications. When I arrived to pick up the programs, Randy said their printer broke down and that they were unable to add the glossy finish to the front and back pages of the program. My pickup was scheduled for 9:00 am and the service was at 10:30 am. I took the programs as is. I followed up a few days later to ask if he would print the thank you notes, pro bono, since they had not completed my previous order to my satisfaction. He said they would give me a 25% discount. I asked for a 25% refund on my previous order. He told me he could not offer a refund, because I had accepted it. I told him I had no other choice but to use those programs. I asked him if I could talk to the owner. He told me he was not at liberty to tell me the name of the owner. How could someone take advantage of someone in such a vulnerable state and not try to figure out a way to remedy the situation to the customer's satisfaction? Did the machine really break down or did Randy lie? WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM PRINTBOYS in Auburn Hills, MI. They will take advantage of you and then blame you for their poor workmanship. I will NEVER use Printboys again.
