It's my fault for not calling sooner as I was trying to give them another chance each time. But when I walked into my house yesterday, it was like they didn't even clean. There was very visibly dust everywhere--all over the hardwood floors, the stairs, furniture--the stovetop didn't look like it was cleaned at all, they never cleaned my laundry area, there were dust bunnies in my kids closets and under easy to vacuum furniture, spider webs left everywhere. Things that they were supposed to cleaned as part of a regular cleaning were clearly not done. I called to cancel my service and I asked for a refund from yesterday's cleaning. Apparently they don't do that becuase if they offered money back everytime someone wasn't happy with one part of their service, that would be a problem. I understand that. But my issue with the way they handled it was that they could not seem to understand that my whole house is still dirty. Not just one area. They offered to have a team come back to reclean instead, but then only offered for them to clean the laundry and master bedroom because there were "some dust bunnies and a crumb on the stove," according to the owner, Mike.
