When I did call they informed me that they did NOT have the correct size envelopes for my invitations. That I could either fold the invitations in half or they could give me much larger envelopes. Because I specifically asked for envelopes I asked if I would be compensated for their mistake. The designer informed me that the quote she gave me didn't include envelopes, unbeknownst to me since that is what i requested and they requirement payment upfront, she would give me the incorrect size envelopes for free. I paid a lot of money for these invitations. The least they could have done is gone out and gotten me the correct sized envelopes. Very upset with the customer service. DO NOT USE THEM

We walked into Custom Threads…read moreand were greeted by the couple who owns the places son...he was very warm and welcoming and answered all our questions and helped us try on multiple jackets....he gave us the price ranges and we came back a couple of days later to order the jacket...this time when we came in the lady that owned it was there and she was also insanely nice....she printed out multiple sheets to show us different designs we could do....we ordered the jacket and got it super fast, it came in about two weeks and the jacket looks fantastic!!!!
