If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Our truck was taken there because it wasn't…read moreshifting properly, and the front end needed rebuilt. Once the pickup was finished we picked it up, and immediately after pulling out of the parking lot, we noticed that it was all over the road. I called and told them the situation then took it back. There is a long list of things that they "fixed" but it in fact was not. As it turns out, the drag links weren't tighted, screws missing out of the lockouts, the transmission fluid dipstick was left out, transmission fluid leaked down the frame of the truck, differential fluid was not filled, replaced the sway bar link, but not the bushings, and all of this after they said they test drove it and it was fine. They were called again after picking the truck up and a popping noise was coming from the front end, to which we were put on hold for 20+ minutes with no one returning to the call. It was then that we decided to go elsewhere to have the truck looked at and repaired, and all of the aforementioned issues were discovered. After talking with other people it seems that we are not the first to have a horrible experience with this company. Definitely would not recommend taking a vehicle to their shop. Also wouldn't recommend buying from them, after I paid $21k for a truck that the mechanics broke the orifice stick in the orifice tube of the ac condenser AFTER they kinked the tube making the ac not work at all, and they wouldn't stand behind it, because then they would be losing money.
