John Inman, the owner of First Class Auto, worked with me on getting the best tire for my money, while not giving up any performance. I purchased a set of Falken Wild peak A/T tires. When I pulled away from the shop, I immediately noticed a better ride, handling and absolutely no noise. Not only did First Class Auto treat me very good on these tires, they went through my truck and looked for anything that could be a safety hazard. I now know I have a front ball joint that is in very bad shape and that my rear brakes are in need of immediate replacement. These are the things that make a business stand out among any other. I will definitely return to First Class Auto for further automotive supplies or repairs.

After calling back he agreed to meet us to look at the damage, The driver and owner met us out at the drop off location looked at the damage the tire marks in the woods and told the driver to get in the car to leave. my brother asked for his insurance information to file and claim and he refused to give us any information. we trusted this company to safely and carefully tow the truck and they left us with thousands of dollars worth of damage to fix.
