I would not hesitate to call them again for any work I may need in the future.

Thankfully, my daughter suggested we call Cool Arrows, and I couldn't be more grateful that we did. Able came out promptly, inspected my system thoroughly, and even gave me a few helpful tips. Then he quoted a price that was $4,000 less than what the other company had given me. He treated me with honesty, respect, and kindness -- something that seems rare these days. To make things even more remarkable, Able refused to charge me for the maintenance service fee because of how poorly I'd been treated before. That kind of compassion is rare, and it meant the world to me. If you're looking for an HVAC company with integrity, Cool Arrows is the one to trust. God bless Able for being a good man and doing right by others.

Said I could pay EXTRA for an after hours call even though I had an appointment for Friday. Argued and they finally sent someone out Friday evening, charged system and added dye. Dye check was scheduled for the next Friday, I had to call after the appointment window when they didn't show. Was told they could not make again. They rescheduled for the next Friday. The Monday after the dye check I requested an estimate to replace the system. That Wednesday I had to call when I did not hear anything. I finally got an estimate that afternoon, but it did not match my system. The next day I got a call from the estimator saying they sent the wrong estimate and I would receive a corrected one shortly. It has been 10 days and there has been NO communication from them.
