My husband contacted them and the owner of the company came to inspect and give a quote for the installation of an outlet to plug in an electric car charger. The quote was more than 50% less than what the other company quoted and he said they could do the job the next day. On the day of service, two workers arrived and the first thing they did was put booties on to protect the floors. They were so efficient, and explained everything they were doing in advance. In the process of preparing to install the new outlet they found an error the previous electricians did and fixed the problem at no extra cost. The job was completed quickly and they even cleaned up the work area before leaving. They were also kind enough to wait about 15 minutes for my husband to get home from work so he could test out the charger and make sure everything was working correctly. Typically, a charge is made for a visit if you don't hire the company to do the work. I called and spoke to someone from the company who said it would be "waived this time" as I hadn't been told that initially. Interestingly, I realized later that the website says they give free estimates. So they give a free estimate but charge for a visit? Does not make any sense to me.
