I find the staff friendly, approachable and caring. I think they need more aides as it seems they are constantly on the run. There were some issues around housekeeping in mom's room, but it got addressed quickly. Im happy with the choice we made and it keeps getting better and better.

Mom always had what she needed and the staff went above and beyond with her, making sure she was eating, that she was happy and comfortable. I loved seeing her so well taken care of. Unfortunately, Webster is really assisted living that has labeled itself a nursing home w memory care capabilities- & they are none of that. Their team proactively avoids patients with anything more than very mild dementia. They are shameless about turning away those in our Community who need healthcare the most. My family is from North Hampton and Rye and we have the means to obtain the best in care. Webster is truly "run" by a dementia- averse nursing manager and the leadership in this facility takes a 'back seat' to her. My elderly parent who truly had mild dementia was turned away as they thought they would be "too much work". I have done a lot of work with the seacoast elderly community and 'the word' is Webster is truly not any more than assisted living . If your elders need 'real care' not just a room to live in (&if you are socially responsible in any way) - look elsewhere in the seacoast for a capable institution that has true compassion and an interest in caring for elders

I am a physician so I think I have a pretty good sense of quality. Both us us were impressed with the kindness of the entire staff. Everyone was so attentive and universally highly professional. Special shout out to Barbara, my dad's physical therapist, who was absolutely amazing. So smart, kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She was terrific. Leah, and her assistant Allie, were wonderful occupational therapists who patiently worked with my dad to learn how to safely negotiate activities of daily living during recovery. We were also very happy with his single room, the quality of the food, the admission process, and best ever, unlimited visiting hours, and dog visitors allowed!
