Backstory - I found this cleaners (Zips) due to low prices and they have several franchises all over (so convenient, right?). I have been to 3 locations. Disappointed by all of them!!! Zips is definitely in the dictionary for "you get what you pay for". They lost my garment, then tried to blame me (several different reasons/excuses). AND they changed their story too many times for it to be true. I know a liar and a liar's telltale signs when I come in contact.....IF you want quality handling of your precious garments - don't try to save a buck, as you will "FAFO" with ZIPS!!! spend a little extra for peace of mind.

Normally when you enter a business you are greeted and thanked when you leave, not of this applies to the man at the desk.

When I discovered this I took the shirts to the store and the employee was very rude. I asked to speak with the manager and when I called they hung up on me. I think people need to beware this could happen to their dry cleaning. The shirts still have the tags on them and it is obvious the holes were from a machine. The fair thing to do would be given a cleaning credit to replace the shirts. Customers beware this could happen to your cleaning I have pictures of the shirts

A son of the manager told me they did not carry insurance for lost or damaged items because they " only lost one or two items a year " and it wasn't worth the premium.
