They had a good sale going on as well--all men's and junior's hooded fleece sweatshirts were buy one get the second one half off. As I mentioned, they do have a kids section unlike most stores that carry the same type of merchandise. The purses I picked up were cute and about $40. The jewelry was also nice and seemed to be pieces you could wear on a daily basis. Of course they had graphic tees and jeans too which make it a place for necessities as well as luxuries. They even have an online hashtag contest every month where the winner gets a $100 gift card. I gasped when I saw Sophie & Trey shared one of my photos on their Instagram page. Yes, I'm that girl, lol. They have a rewards program for every $300 you spend you get $15 off. Make sure if you're buying in store and online and are close to the $300 mark you ask them to transfer your points. You can call or go into the store and they will transfer all the points either to your online account or in store account as your in store and online points don't automatically combine. Also when you redeem your $15 do it on a small purchase. You won't receive ANY points no matter how much money you spend above $15. They have a FB live show Monday, Wednesday and Friday where they usually do a giveaway and they show off the new arrivals. They have new arrivals everyday at 7am and 12pm! I answered no thank you & kept browsing the store. AGAIN , after I clearly said I'm just looking around she asks me "is there anything I can help you find? I mean sure , polite is a great way to show customer service but the associate was way too overbearing!! Didn't even give me a chance to look or breathe without popping up asking me if what I had in my hand I wanted her to put in the back. Additionally, I was near the accessories and briefly grabbed a piece of jewelry and back comes the associate rushing over asking me "Can I hold onto this for you?" 1) I'm not buying everything I hold onto... and 2) Let me browse the store in peace..... again, this hasn't happened but maybe twice at the sister stores and I feel like it's something that needs to be addressed to ensure that us consumers enjoy our experiences there...

Attentive and friendly, they whisked our son away to start trying on pants, shirts, shoes, etc. They made him feel confident and did not make you wait around. We were truly impressed with the royal treatment received. The store itself was organized and displayed beautifully. Prices were reasonable and selection seemed unlimited. It's not easy to find quality shoes in a size 4 for a woman! They actually had a good selection of shoes at a very affordable price in my size! I came here looking for a pair of black dress flats. I found a pair for under $15, and they look great! Victory! The service was ok. It's mostly walk the aisles and pick what you want. There was only one worker at the time, an older lady that ran the cash register. She was nice, didn't talk much, but got us out quickly. Pleasant experience!

Also would like to add that the scrubs I needed to buy were very long, but was told these are the shortest ones possible and that is normal. Fleet Feet is a chain and offers a rewards program. Given the price of new shoes, it's easy to reach the first reward tier. The store itself is clean, small, organized, and an efficient use of the space. The selection is limited, but of good quality. In addition to running shoes, the store offers Garmin watches, insoles, running hats, shoe laces, energy gels, running shorts and tops, and the like. We parked on Independence Lane, just a few steps from the entrance. I have no hesitation returning to go through the Fit ID process and receive good service.
