Well, I provided the Savings Account #, my TD Bank Debit Card, my ID with the items to deposit. The teller was so rude, he asked for additional ID and was staring at me through the window. I'm afraid to make a deposit. The jury is still out on whether I want to keep my money in this weird place. The guy treated me like I was a criminal and they are lucky I'm giving them 2 stars, I give them a "O". I reported the incident to Customer Service and their comment was there has been a lot of fraud there, my comment is not everyone is a criminal.

I came in to do a wire transfer and without surprise, the bank was packed. The teller at the front was kind enough to step away to assist me with the sign in process. I was then greeted by Jessica, one of the customer service reps. Not only was she extremely helpful and thoughrough, she's also extremely polite and understands how to communicate with her customers. Without delay, she proceesed my wire transfer, fast tracked / set me up with my debit card and meticulously went through every detail to ensure I understood every bit. They provided amazing customer service and found a solution (very quickly!) to a complex issue I was experiencing. Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about the high quality service I received at this branch. The banker and manager went above and beyond when they certainly had no obligation to do so. So I came here as a potential customer and planned to open an account as my current credit union…read morewas unable to process a transfer I needed. I intended to keep an account opened and possibly use TD as my main bank for checking. To start off, the older lady (teller) up front was extremely ignorant and unhelpful. She sent me to a customer service representative who was equally as discourteous and he not only questioned my intentions of opening an account (after she went out and whispered in his ear) but he also told me I'll be charged a fee for the transfer (which was fine) and any funds deposited will not be available to use for 24 hours. The issue was how it was said, not the contents of the message. Why am I getting interrogated at a bank I plan to do business with? No idea. Against my better judgement, I was fed up and just said whatever let's just make an account. The associate (younger guy, bearded) asked for my ID and SS card. I didn't have my SS card onhand and he said the number itself wouldn't suffice. With a blatant, condescending tone he responded "yeah we need that card, can't do anything for you without it." Unknowing to me until later, I was able to create an account in 5 minutes online, so clearly, these employees were just giving me a hard time for no reason. Those two are certainly not in the right industry as they lack more than just basic social skills and etiquette. I have no plans of returning back to that location anytime soon.
