After falling victim to an online scam, Millville Savings fought for me in ways they never needed to. Ultimately, I messed up and paypal wasn't budging on refunding me. I don't know what they did (or how they did it), but Millville Savings got me my money back. To take it a step further...several weeks later I made an online purchase and someone called to verify the transaction and legitimacy of the company. They wanted to ensure I didn't make the same mistake twice. lol. That's quality service.

I got a new debit card and the staff were friendly and it only took about 10 mins to receive it and I was basically in and out. The building was clean however the location is a but shoty, nobody wants to go to downtown Bridgeton to do anything and the fact it shares a parking lot with Walgreens makes the drive through a traffic blocking nightmare (God it's truly terrible).

Over the last 3 years the banks customer service has become so awful and frustrating to even discuss issues with them. I closed my account with then in 2022 and had an outstanding balance on my credit card of $260. I take accountability and should have paid it off at the time. However over the next 2 years they pulled over $300 from another account that I shared with a friend. So I paid that other account back believing that I had satisficed the credit card balance. Well come to find out that no the card continued to charge me close to $300 in late fees and of course reported to my credit card. Once I became aware of this I gave them a call to try to rectify the situation. The first customer service person was so rude on the phone huffing and puffing, talking over me as I asked for clarification about my account. She then transferred me to someone else who transferred me to Katernine. Now Katherine was suppose to be the person who takes offers as to how to resolve the issue. After speaking to Katherine the question I was trying to figure out is how much late fees am I being charged from the time of my last payment? No one could give me a direct answered. Katherine told me I owed $569 I offered her $100 since I actually already paid off the original balance. She responded that they usually do not take anything less than the full amount. I said I thought you were the person who makes the decision. She said no she had to send it to her boss. I called 2 days back to back then finally on the third phone call she said they said no but they would take $150. I paid it an expressed that after being a customer for over 20 years they could have taken some of the late fees away. I have paid double the balance owed. They act like they do not have the power to make those adjustments but they do and they pick and choose who they want to afford those opportunities too.

They review your current status with loans , mortgages and car loans to see if they can help with anything . As always Stephen Frantz was great. I suggest if you are a member of the Credit union take advantage of the free service. Stephen always goes above and beyond as well as the staff at Bridgeton they are so friendly and welcoming . Would give them a 0 if I could, they direct deposited over $4000 into the wrong account, in spite…read moreof having the correct account information(the information was sent to them 2 months in advance)..the manger at the Main Road Vineland Branch was to busy to take any of my phone calls, but when I drove 40 minutes and walked in she was doing absolutely nothing, and offered absolutely no help to correct their mistake, she just kept saying I will have to wait till Monday, she couldn't even guarantee that the same thing would not happen to the next deposit, she seemed annoyed that I interrupted her countdown to the end of her shift, and the only thing she was confused about was why PNC could not just give me the money- not the fact that they made a huge mistake that will cost me overdraft fees- IF this type of person is who they allow to become a manager of their bank I would not do business with them ever.. this is who my employer uses to funnel summer savings accounts though, I will do summer savings myself cause this bank is trash.. This women honestly could not be bothered with the fact they sent over 4000$ to an account that was closed due to fraudulant activity..Take your business elsewhere PNC was more helpful then this bank...

We set up automatic withdraw bi-weekly from my husband's paycheck. This went smoothly for 8 YEARS. Now, it is hit or miss if they transfer the loan payment. I've become past due on one bi-weekly payment because they never took it out and I didn't catch it until I called about another issue and they told me it was past due. Also, if you fall behind more than 1 day past the grace period they will drain your account of any funds with no notice. Horrible!! Customer service on the phone has no compassion or understanding they are rude. However going into the branch they seemed a little more caring and understanding but unfortunately they don't have the end say in anything. Needless to say as soon as our loans are paid off we will NEVER use this credit union again.
