She sent me to an amazing doctor who lasered it and she continued his cranial sacral therapy. He lived it and I loved seeing her. We were incredibly lucky to be referred to Dr. Chelf by Team Tongue Tie. Our 4 month old had been suffering from reflux his whole life due to lip, tongue, and cheek ties. The ties were revised by Team Tongue Tie, but the ties and the reflux had already done their "damage." Our babe's neck was very stiff. When I first came to her my daughter had just had a frenotomy which led to a nursing strike that led to my milk supply tanking. I would have given up breastfeeding were it not for Dr. Chelf. I had an extremely difficult time breastfeeding. dr bridgette is incredible. i don't have words for how grateful i am that we found her. she was instrumental in getting my baby to learn to eat again after a tongue tie release. her presence was soothing and comforting to me, as a new mom. i really needed her calm energy as i was panicking about my baby's feedings. she made herself available to us anytime we needed help and continues to be a resource and source of comfort. we live in mission hills and regularly made the trek to solana beach to see her, even though we were referred to other practitioners who were closer to our home. she contacted the lactation consultant and occupational therapist we were also working with so they could all collaborate to provide us synergistic care. this was so helpful to us! it's hard to remember to relay information, especially as a sleep deprived new parent. when we had a less than amazing experience at the tongue tie place and thought we might have to go in for a revision, she offered to accompany us. this, to me, spoke volumes about how she wanted to help. she has a heart of gold and truly loves babies. in the few months that we saw her, i came to love and respect her. you can't be in better hands. read more

We have taken both of our sons to dr chelf. Both babies started with cranial stress and severe tongue ties and within two week were thriving and had perfectly round heads, widened pallets, and a great digestive track. She was even able to help me with some of my post partum problems. :) She is truly a miracle worker and I wouldn't trust my children with anyone else. read more
