You can get to bio bay and the Fajardo ferry to Vieques and Culebra with a short 10min drive. The condo was clean and looked very well maintained. They really take care of all the small considerations too. There was even snorkeling equipment and beach gear available for use. Not that you would need it but the facility also has a couple of pools and a jacuzzi. The only complaints are that the power kept going out during the second night, which wasn't a big deal since the generator kicked in right away. Still a little irritating though. Also it was a little bit difficult to find. All in all it was a great value. I would definitely go back. By the way, if you do the bio bay tour skip the kayak and do the motor boat option. It doesn't cost much more and you get to see more of the bay, plus you don't have to paddle.
