The owner of the company was contacted by our neighbour and they came and fixed his gate but didn't fix ours. The owner didn't reply to multiple messages sent by my husband. The owner finally replied and said that he looked at our gate when he fixed the neighbours gate and told me the post was warped and there's nothing he could do. He said he could dig out the post and charge us for it! We paid $500 for a gate that we can't even use and he won't stand by his work and come and fix it. His response was that he can't guarantee wood and scoffed at the idea that I expected him to fix it for free. Horrible customer service.
