The service is amazing and the room are always clean. The employees are professional and respectful at what they are doing

We've been coming here for years because we love the location. The units are a little pricey, but comparable. The issue every year is the cleaning. Their housekeeping service is terrible. They never do the floors (sticky) and the general cleanliness leaves something to be desired. We always spend an hour or two cleaning up. And the Wi-Fi is always SLOW. The front office is usually very responsive. This year there was a lot of damage to the unit, but nothing major. Caveat emptor. read more

Location, location, location! Ocean Towers is in an awesome location, located right on the southern end of the boardwalk. When I first stayed there, I was concerned about noise, but it's really quiet there and noise is not an issue. It's so wonderful being able to just walk out of the building and onto the boardwalk, maybe even grabbing the tram to head to the piers. Beyond that, it's absolutely the best accommodations I have ever experienced in Wildwood or Wildwood Crest. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Another benefit is that you have assigned parking, so you never have to worry about coming back from somewhere and not having a spot. The deck is amazing, with a fantastic large pool, hot tub (adults only) and sun area. They even have a small gym onsite. I have stayed at many places over the years and have for many years recently been staying here. Honestly, I can't imagine staying anywhere else now. read more

We have been staying in Wildwood and Wildwood Crest since the early 80s. As kids, my parents would always take us to the Beau Rivage motel, which I remember as being very nice and quaint. Now that I have my own kids, we have typically avoided the neon lit motels in favor of one of the many higher-end condos that have popped over the years. For a long time, our favorite was Seapointe Village, but Seapointe got more and more expensive and began feeling worn down and dated compared to newer places like Coastal Colors, where we've also stayed several times. But Coastal Colors has a terrible pool that sits in the shade and shadows of the surrounding condos with barely a view of the ocean. So we thought about returning to some of the more reliable, higher-end hotels like the Pan American, Port Royal, or the Reges -- but we have little children in tow and like having as much space as possible, with a kitchen and the conveniences of home. Fast forward to Memorial Day 2012 when we first decided to try renting in Ocean Towers in Wildwood. We are big fans of the boards, a great pool, and oceanfront views steps away from the beach. If you're like us, then you absolutely cannot beat this location. Ocean Towers sits right above the start of the boards just over the Wildwood border from the Crest. It's one of the only higher-rise condos along the boards, so the views are just amazing. And Ocean Towers recently underwent a massive $10M renovation, which in addition to building improvements also included a ginormous new pool and sundeck, complete with cabanas and professional landscaping. On balance though, there's no hiding the fact that this complex was built in the 70s. The units are generally small, with low ceilings, and few windows except for the sliding glass doors that open up to private terraces overlooking the ocean. How nice your unit will be depends on which unit you rent. Some owners have done a great job renovating their units, knocking down the wall between the kitchen and living room and opening up the space quite a bit. We have rented three different units here over the past two summers and all were clean and decently appointed. Our friends still prefer the super high-end condos in the Crest. Whereas we have happily downgraded to Ocean Towers, they have happily upgraded to The Grand. It really comes down to what you want to spend. A week at The Grand is 2 to 3 times more expensive than a unit that sleeps the same number of people at Ocean Towers. That's literally thousands of dollars in difference for a 1-week stay. Like I said at the start of my review, we spent our summers here in the 80s staying at those tiny little Doo-wop motels built in the 50s that still thrive today. They were not luxurious. Luxury was not a requirement of our summer trips to Wildwood. All we cared about was that for one week a year, we got to live at the beach. Nothing else mattered. I feel similarly today. Luxury is not the driver for how we plan our summer trips to Wildwood. And frankly, Ocean Towers is pretty damn nice -- especially if you compare it to the places we stayed in the 80s. It's everything we need it to be. And because of where its located, we almost never have to use the car except to day trip over in Cape May or Stone Harbor. We'll be back at the end of August, trying out yet another unit. Let's hope it's as good to us as the rest have been the last few times. read more

Ocean Towers - Great view on a sunny morning - Apartments Near Me - Wildwood, New Jersey

A week at Ocean Towers has turned into a family tradition. You can't beat the location or the price. Each unit has individual owners so some are a bit run down more than others, but all have a ocean view. They are currently getting ready for an elevator renovation in the north tower which should be finished summer 2015. I do wish that the gym was a little bigger and the machines weren't so out of date. Enjoy! read more

The Pool Area is very clean and nice. However the condo ( 2011) we rented was not very clean. It could use updates on carpet and furniture. However the kitchen was newer and nice. The showers had mildew and mold in them. The entire place was very dusty and didn't look as though it was vacuumed prior to our arrival. Be careful to read all materials carefully before renting. There is no washer/dryer in the condo, only a communal laundry facility on each floor . The washer on the 2nd floor would not rinse dry so I had to take sopping wet clothes to another floors laundry facility. Also, they only give you one parking spot for the rental of condo. If you have more than one car, you need to pay to park near the building for a substantial amount of money daily. read more

We stay here with my parents and our kids every July. We stay in unit 7002, in the North Tower, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We've been staying in this unit for about 10 years now. Although a few upgrades have been made throughout the years, they are all cosmetic. Both bathrooms are old and original to the unit. The main bathroom had new floor and a new sink & vanity put in a few years ago, but it still feels old. The shower doors, shower pan, and tiles are still the old original ones and they definitely show their age. The bathroom in the master bedroom is original, run down, and has never been renovated, the only change is that the owner took the sliding doors off of the tub. The floors in this unit are DISGUSTING! They don't appear dirty, but if you walk on the carpet for more than 10 seconds, your feet turn black. This is the original carpet, and I don't think it has ever been cleaned. This unit has a master bedroom with 2 extremely uncomfortable queen size beds. There is one small window that looks out to the balcony, so don't expect much natural light. Bedroom #2 is small and dark, with 1 queen size bed. Bedroom #3 is a bit bigger than #2 (and dark) with 2 twin beds. There is no remote for the small, old TV in bedroom #2. Bring your own sheets and towels. Some of the towels provided in the unit are stained. If you do use the sheets and towels provided in the unit, you have the option of washing & drying them yourself (the unit has a washer & dryer), or paying for a laundry service at the end of the week. I've always wondered how many people don't wash them, or want to pay for laundry, and put the used sheets & towels back in the closet. The kitchen is clean, the dining area is ok, and the living room is a good size. The balcony is always dirty, and the table and chairs are the old original set. There used to be a drying rack to dry your swimsuits, but it has been broken for the past few years. Renting at Ocean Towers is a crap-shoot, because each unit is individually owned. Some owners have made beautiful renovations, while others (like 7002), have made a few cosmetic changes, with everything else still original to the unit, which was built in the 70's. The pool here is nice, they also have a hot tub, and a kiddie pool. They used to have some activities a few years ago, bingo, live music, etc. but not anymore. Checking in is quite the hassle, since there are only 2 elevators and lots of people trying to check in with all their luggage at the same time. You'll be on line for the elevator for a good 20 minutes. Also, the door to go out to the beach and boardwalk is right next to the garbage, so you have to smell it on your way in and out. All in all, you get what you pay for, I guess. To stay in the unit we stay in it is almost $3,500 for 1 week in mid-July. It's one of the cheaper condos rentals in Wildwood, but once you check in you'll know why. The location is convenient, but we are definitely going to try a different unit next year. read more

If it were not for the pool and staff, this stay would be a zero. We stayed in room 310 and it was terrible. No WiFi, only 9 cable channels, no tv in bedroom, cheapest furniture u could RENT, and beds were worse than the floor! Such a disappointment. We have been staying here for years and this one unit does not belong here. Henderson Realty should have a standard that all their units should live up too. We payed more for a unit that was way less. The owners should be ashamed of themselves!!! We were tempted to ask for a full region and stay somewhere else! First visit in Wildwood, we loved the beach and boardwalk. But the unit we had #504 South tower was very disapointing. For over 2100$ US a week we would expect more. The internet was not working and even if we mentionned it the staff did not do anything about it. The decor needs update, the patio door is so old and worn we had trouble looking throught it. The twin beds in the small room were so uncomfortables, I had to bought foam cover to put on them. Even if the contract said linens we furnish, we can't say if they are clean or not. They are stored in a closet but no way of knowing if they were cleaned. We had to bought some, blood stain were find on the sheets they provided. Yes the condo are on the beach, but if you are high it is longer to get to the beach then the people staying a block away. The elevators are often broken and we can't use the stairs with a stroller and all the beach gears! The staff was not responsive to our complaints at all saying it is the owner fault. The pool is extremely watched by security, we need to wear pool tag and even if you are there for 3 hour they will constantly ask for them it is anoying. Not worth it at all I won't ever go back there. read more
