I'm hanging up the dress, along with 9 other clothes to try on (since it's 10 pieces of clothing allowed at a time), and she walks over to me about to give me a fitting room number key or whatever, proceeds to ask me if I was "sure" if I wanted to try on the brown dress. First of all, why wouldn't I be sure about trying on a dress I liked? I said "yes ma'am, I really like the color" and she says "I don't think it matches your skin tone". I was like "tf? Who does this bitch think she is?" Then I realized the dress wasn't the correct size, l told her I changed my mind about the dress and she said "okay, between you and me, I don't think it would've looked good on you anyway since you're skin is so white". I swear I wanted to punch that woman, but I held it in, angrily told her that I don't wanna try on anything else, hung up the rest of the jeans and asked for her name. She gave the me the name, I went up to the cashier, asked for the store manager and she comes up, I reported the incident (it's my fault I should've recorded the whole thing) and told the store manager "I used to work at Target and I would NEVER speak like that to a customer. even if it was a plus size woman trying on a XS bikini set" She apologized, thanked me and walked away. I seriously hope she loses her job bc of that, or at least a write up.

I ordered a product from Walmart.com that was delivered from the store in Clinton, NJ using a…read moredelivery service called Spark. Apparently, this is a Walmart brand delivery company. The Spark driver used Google maps and the GPS system sent him to a totally different street than the one that was on my order. Instead of questioning that something seems wrong, the driver left my package at someone else's house and took a picture of someone else's door. When I called Walmart, both the store and the 1-800 customer service number, both informed me that the package was delivered and no error had been made, and they refused to send out another driver, or track my package, or refund my money. Basically, they said it was now MY problem. They had the audacity to blame Google. Google GPS is not infallible, and sometimes does not always work. This is widely known. This is why HUMAN beings with a brain sometimes need to think before doing something that looks questionable. If a package/order has a delivery address on it and Google takes them somewhere else, that driver should either call the contact number given on the order or take the merchandise back to the store for further clarification. So let this be a warning to anyone ordering online at Walmart. They do not guarantee the accuracy of their delivery service and brainwashed all their employees to make the customer feel guilty about being angry. The low level employees were all super empathetic, but were powerless to help. The managers who do have the power to help had no empathy and continued to push a ridiculous conclusion that they and their deliver driver did nothing wrong. To quote Tom Cruise as Charlie Babbot in "Rainman", "Walmart sucks!" Buyer beware...shop Amazon instead!

The pharmacy technician was doing their best to help, but the pharmacist, Zarish, was nowhere to be found--she was outside on a personal phone call while I waited. When she finally returned, she was still on the call and told the person to "hold on" so she could discuss my medication with me. Discussing private health information while actively on the phone is incredibly unprofessional and feels like a serious privacy concern. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-time occurrence. Every visit involves waiting while Zarish is on her phone(not the store work phone) It's dismissive, inconsiderate, and raises serious concerns about professionalism and patient care. Walgreens, you need to address this.
