Communication was pretty difficult with the therapist's limited English. Had to open door and call out I was ready to get therapist back in timely manner. Massage was pretty good. About average. Therapist waked out halfway through without announcement to use the bathroom. Could hear her through the walls. Did wash hands before returning. Said nothing upon returning. The very strange part was she skipped my feet. When I asked her about this she said I asked for body massage. I said yes and feet are a part of my body. She said No...that different. Mind you- every other massage I've had in my life did include feet. Ok... asked how much extra for feet- she said no, her shift was over and she had to go. (Btw- recent pedicure and shower before hand. I do not have off putting feet). And massage ended before the hour! Ok... so I go to pay and the $75 quoted on phone was now $80 plus $3 for using debit card. Ok Fine. I even tipped $10. The therapist (aka "Tina") said -Usually people tip $20. The total cost I was asked to pay was nearly DOUBLE the lowest advertised rate. When I inquired about the significant price discrepancy, the employee offered two questionable and misleading explanations that felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic: False Service Distinction: I was told that the foot massage I requested was somehow "different" from the one advertised at the lower rate, despite the service description being vague and matching general expectations. False Redemption Rules: I was then falsely told that the Groupon rate was not available for "walk-ins" and that I would have to schedule an appointment at least two weeks in advance. Based on prior experience using similar services, this is a clear fabrication intended to force customers into paying the much higher, non-discounted rate. I felt pressured and misled into the transaction, ultimately paying an inflated price. An honest business does not employ intentional dishonesty regarding simple walk-in pricing and appointment rules. While the massage itself was performed, the overall experience was completely ruined by the frustration and sense of being financially exploited. I strongly advise checking all prices and terms (in writing) before you sit down, and be prepared to leave if they attempt to pull this bait-and-switch on you. Make sure you use Groupon before.

There's no door on the room just a curtain up so it's not completely private but it's more than some of the reflexology places where you just separated by a curtain. I was given a male masseuse, despite me being a female, but I didn't mind. However, they didn't ask me so if that's something that you are uncomfortable with then you should voice that from the beginning. The massage was a bit too hard for me at first, but I let him know and he adjusted. The prices aren't bad at $80 for an hour. The only thing that is a little iffy, when you go to pay, they will try to talk you into increasing your tip amount. Their standard suggestion is $30 for an hour and $40 for the 90 minute session, but they "encourage" more.
