i have used them for a while. the truth is no car wash is going to be perfect. i always choose the…read more$50 express detail. i have been very happy before. this last time it was horrible. spent max 15 minutes. they didn't even do the center console or cup holders. how is that not included in the top level non full detail wash they offer? the 6 workers standing around watched me get the spray bottles and wipe myself. i am fine with people having an off day, so i called and spoke to the manager. the only option was to return the car to them. unfortunately, i live roughly 40 minutes away and i had an appointment to get to. he told me to come back tomorrow. if i wasn't happy with that, too bad. for the gas and tolls, i'll wipe this stuff myself. but that's not how it should be for a $50 15 minute car wash and i did still tip. i won't be back.

I also have been able to go to other ModWash locations with the membership, which I like being able to do. I have learned which are the least & most crowded times to go there. The employees are very helpful & friendly. The only issue I have is, I feel like sometimes there is not quite enough space between cars. I understand they are trying to cycle cars through when it's busy, but as a customer, I don't think the tailgating is a good idea. It affects the way the vehicles are cleaned (or not cleaned as a result). If that changes, I'll change this review to 5 stars.
