I was shown Mike's previous work, not judged about the state my car was in ,and I was given a great customer service experience. He had not seen the new redesign so him and I looked over the vehicle together he commented how nice my off-white leather was at time of reception. He even touched the drivers seat and commented that it was the good stuff. When I picked the truck up all four seats were covered with slime and dark colored oily muck!? I immediately was shocked and upset! He was nowhere to be found initially and his employee wiped it down the best he could. When they realized they stained my off-white seats the owner finally showed up. Everybody spent a half hour playing the blame game and then they turned on me and started insinuating that I brought it to them like that?? Even after his employee admitted that there was grime all over the seats. It was very obvious that his short in stature employees were standing on my seats to treat the roof. I had just purchased the vehicle the week before and nobody had even rode in any of the passenger seats. I reiterated to him that we both looked at the interior this morning and this was unacceptable. He actually had the gall to say "I didn't look at the seat" ?when he couldn't clean the stains he started pointing out other assembly dust on the black panels I had not even wiped down the interior . saying that there was no way his employees could've done i it and there was "grease all over my interior "? when I got more frustrated and swore he took this as an opportunity to throw me out of the shop without a receipt. I paid cash for 90% thinking I was doing him a favor. The other reviews are fabricated this is a flyby night very unprofessional Shop! He spent more time bragging about his Porsche and showing me expensive parts than he spent paying attention to my vehicle. He originally promised me the world and said he inspects every job? When I confronted him about that he was furious! They gave me back my vehicle in worse condition than I gave it to him and fleece me out of two grand. They also covered the tires with oil that flew off all over the fresh ceramic. I pointed out to him that I never use that stuff because it ends up all over the vehicle and he insisted it would not. I even pulled over down the street and wiped the bulk of it off. yet there were still black oily spots all over the sides of my truck when I got home. Beware and don't fall for his confidence!

Landon is HONEST, knowledgeable, passionate, friendly, and excellent at communication. You can very much tell he is hardworking, detail-minded, thorough, and his work is very impressive. We have Xpel XR Plus wrapped on the entire vehicle and also wrapped in parts of the inside the vehicle. Landon uses specialized tools and methods to detail our vehicle. He was knowledgeable and understood the extra steps in taking care of not only the vehicle, but the extra products we had on the car. We also have 19" Gemini Wheels with Rim Specialized Covers -- he went above and beyond our expectations with the care of the tires. They honestly looked better from Landon vs. when we first got the vehicle. After our long road trip with our daughter and puppy we knew that the vehicle needed Landon to bring it back to life. We have a white vegan leather interior in our vehicle and many detailers won't touch it, but he did something-something and you should have seen the stuff he cleaned off our seats. It was incredible! My story begins like many others, walking back with groceries towards my car and seeing the dent. Not in the door like a door ding but on the top of the left fender like someone smacked a screwdriver or blunt instrument to leave a mark. It was awful. Shocking. Depressing. I read up on paint less dent repairs. Watched tons a YouTube videos with people using all kinds of gimmicks. In the end, I watched a video of a true professional dent remover and watching it made me want to find a similar shop. Only local. And I did. Steve is a metallurgy magician! The quote was super reasonable and the proof is in the pudding of my photos. I went in thinking I hope it can be just not a eyesore and left with a spring in my step and no sign of the truly despicable and evil dent. Great guy, knowledgeable on auto detailing, and great customer service. He showed up right on time ready to handle my vehicle. My boyfriend and I went on a smalle road trip together over the weekend and I brought my cat because she's really old and I can't leave her at home by herself anymore. She got sick in the car and threw up multiple times and also accidentally peed on my back seat. I was so upset because this vehicle is brand new. Daniel was really understanding, and helpful.
