I went to drop off my car. Initially went because I wanted the interior deep cleaned but exterior…read morejust a standard wash, but I got upsold to do a full interior and exterior wash + detail for $185, then was provided a discount on this price. Picked up the car and didn't think anything of it, didn't inspect the paint too closely because I assumed by the high reviews I'd be fine and taken care of. After going to fill gas at Costco the next day, under their great lighting, I noticed that my paint had swirls in it. Then I opened the gas cap and saw layer of dirt on the cap area. I've only had the car washed twice in its life (new car) and it was both done by Unique Car Wash, so there's no way it was done elsewhere, and even if it was, a wax should have taken care of the swirls by filling the scratches. This is probably the result of the place not doing a proper 2 step wash, using dirty microfiber towels and not even waxing the car. Other places offered the same service for $150 and offer claybar, wax, and other services. So I paid for a high end service, received a mediocre interior and exterior cleaning, and swirls in my paint. Don't recommend going here if you actually care about your cars paint, and if you want quality work done for a good price. Might as well take it to a drive through wash.

I got an interior and exterior detail and the seats did not seem to be shampooed well, there was wax residue left on the inside of my windows and minor things that just didn't seem to be wiped down thoroughly. Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. If your car is already pretty clean I would use them, but otherwise I don't think it was a true detail.

My Explorer was left with dirty tires because the handle to activate the cleaner was broken (see video). I ended up paying $18 and left with dirty wheels and tires. For the same price price I could have paid the local car wash to do it for me instead of me doing it myself. I probably will use this very limited instead of regularly like I have been for years.

Marco at OCD Detailing is wonderful and very talented. His detail business was recommended by a friend and he saved my car! I drive a Maserati Quatroporte Executive, and I hit some lumber that fell off a truck at 65 mph. The front end was scraped up pretty bad. I took it to Marco, and he washed it down with special soap and then clay bar buffed out the front end and 99% of all the damage was gone. My car looks great again, and she has a full detail in and out. I can not say enough good things about Marco and his talented hands and tools! Marco set the appointment yesterday for today and arrived early. He quoted me a fair price on the phone and then actually did more than I expected for the price. His work is outstanding. I am prepping a 2004 FX35 to sell and it looks better than the day I drove it off the showroom floor! Very nice! I have another vehicle that he will be doing within a month. I highly recommend him. BTW, I typically never rate anyone or anything. Just not my thing. But I felt his work, his pleasant business manner and prices definitely deserved an excellent rating. read more

My Lexus RX350 needed a little TLC and Bryan practically made it feel smooth as butter on the outside. I could feel a little roughness when gliding my hand on the exterior but nothing too serious. I knew it needed to be clayed and waxed. Bryan did a fantastic job getting every inch of the car outside and in. I had my car washed over the weekend and Bryan and Marco did an excellent job. I recently purchased my car and didn't want to give it the first bath at some all hands car wash place. I'm glad I didn't. They paid close attention to cleaning everything and made sure it was spotless inside and out. There was even a complimentary bottle of water in the cup holder when they were done. Many multi-millionaires and billionaires will pay for mike to work on their vehicles 500+ miles away. The fact that his services are attainable for someone like me, who certainly isn't in the 1% yet, means a lot. From day one, he gave me the best service and treated me like I was a VIP... no... more than a VIP. He treated me like I was family. I called him on a SUNDAY evening -- a day that no other autoshops or mechanics are even open. He said he could take a look at my car the next morning. I told him I needed it checked the same day. He drove an hour from Huntington Beach to my house in Palos Verdes to look at my car. He never tried to upsell me -- simply answering all of my questions. I got the complete package done on my prized possession. He did a complete paint correction, scratch removal, wet sanding (leaving room for 1 more wet sanding in the future if needed), applied Gtechniq 10H Crystal Ultra Black Ceramic coating on the entire exterior + Exo for waterproofing & dustproofing, wheel/rim special chemical heat treatment to make wheels less dull & more shiny, special ceramic coating specifically for wheels, windows, mirrors and plastic headlight/taillight respectively, detail & claybar, interior detail vacuum/wipe down, interior leather treatment, special coating for all interior including leather, plastic, carpet, windows, mirror; treatment to make wheels less dull & more shiny. He completed all of this -- one of the toughest jobs he has seen in quite a while -- in a mere 3 days. Other shops quoted me over a week for half the work that he did. I was so surprised with how my car now looks, and have received MANY compliments by family, friends, and strangers alike. My vehicle looks shinier than any exotic car that I see on the road -- and if maintained, it will last for 9 years (although I plan to move up in car prior to then) -- the interior will need an annual treatment which he will do along with the exterior exo coating. If you are even sort of considering any type of coating or sealant, don't hesitate to message and call Mike. You will certainly not be disappointed by his services or prices. He accepts all payments and his prices are very competitive. For the amount of work he did on my car, other shops likely would have charged nearly twice as much, and done a worse job. UPDATE: Updating my review since the business owner…read moreobviously likes to respond to all his negative reviews to try and control the narrative - saying customers are lying, leaving false reviews, or weren't even customers to begin with. To start, the business owner is saying I lied about my experience and I was "belligerent" over them being late. He edited his response to me four different times (see emails). To address his original comments: 1.) "you provided two different numbers" -- this information is correct, however, the business owner ONLY used the primary one (just for clarification) and never contacted the other number throughout this experience. 2.) "over an hour before arrival, we informed you our technician would be running late" -- I wasn't contacted by anyone from this company until *I* reached out first, by this time, the technician was already late by 10 minutes. 3.) "we completed your full service including the engine bay detail, which we have clear photo evidence of" -- business owner offered free wash, wax, and engine bay cleaning due to being late - the wax was not done, or done poorly, and the engine bay was not cleaned, we were picking leaves out of it and its dusty, as you can see in the picture. 4.) "after the job was finished, we spoke directly" -- no? We didn't speak directly. I spoke to your technician and thanked him for his work and tipped him - but since he showed up late, we were pressed on time and needed to be on our way and didn't check the car throughly. 5.) "I still gave you a courtesy discount due to the delay" -- for clarification, no discount was given on the initial cost of the Interior Only detail. Only the offer of free services that were not completed, other than the wash. 6.) "you were belligerent over us arriving 30 minutes late, even though we had already let you know in advance that we were running behind and confirmed before booking that you had the entire day open." -- apparently, a customer being short and annoyed that your technician was running late with no notice isn't allowed lmao. If a woman says "hi." or "no, I don't want to cancel" is considered "belligerent", I suppose that's a whole other issue you have. Again, I wasn't told in advance that your technician would be late, and I never once said I had the entire day open. 7.) "Throughout the entire process, your behavior toward our team was distasteful and confrontational." -- when your technician arrived, I said hello, and politely asked him to move his car from blocking the driveway. That was the only interaction I had with him, aside from tipping him. We let him do his work and we sat in front of the house in the sun for about 20 minutes, on our property, several feet away from him. Overall, this company lacks professionalism and can't admit to being wrong. Cya
