Amazing service! My mom is visiting for a couple months and needed her hearing aids cleaned. We asked how much a cleaning would be for her and they informed us it would be around $65. This would include cleaning her ears as well as as the hearing aids. We thought that was fair, given we are in California lol After taking her hearing aids out and checking both her ears and the aids, they discovered neither one really needed to be cleaned. The gentleman who is helping us explain to my mom one area that she could brush free of some dust, and after learning that she didn't have a brush... He went and got her a couple for free. They didn't even let us pay. I thought this was so generous as they could've still charged us for the appointment and the time they took to sit with my mom. Great location, great service. Will definitely be back to see them anytime my mom is in town

They didn't just do the test -- they took the time to encourage me and made me feel genuinely supported. It meant more to me than I can fully express. Truly grateful for their warmth and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The summary of my experience with Dr. Hoffman is that she is 200% more diligent, effective, and communicative as my previous four assessments. I love my new aids, and continue to tweak them for maximum comfort and support. There is a certificate on the wall behind her that is awarded to a small portion of audiologists by the professional association of audiologists for outstanding knowledge and contributions to the field. Her individual attention and support would have informed me of this even without the certificate, but it's nice to know my opinion is shared!

The recent innovations with the amazing fast computer chips and AI have transformed the newest generation of hearing aids and Chris suggested the top tier Oticon Intent 1 hearing aid as the finest hearing aid for my needs. Dr. Hoffmann used the personalized protocol to make fine tune adjustments that really bring all the benefits into focus. When it comes to hearing aids, little details are very important. I'm a returning customer & I always recommend Chris because she is passionate about achieving outstanding results for those with hearing difficulties. She concentrates on all the many critical details in order to get excellent results for her patients.

Excellent Primary Care Provider!…read more The entire team is friendly and efficient. Dr Chang is very knowledgeable regarding all health guidelines based on the latest evidence. He's very open and collaborates with his patients to achieve optimum health outcomes. I will admit that I have never been one to keep up with my personal maintenance and I haven't been…read moreto a physician on a regular basis since I was in the Marine Corps which was 25 years ago. My new employer charges an extra $50.00 a month for my insurance if I don't get a yearly physical, but their spin is I get a $50.00 discount every month for seeing a physician once a year. Within the last year, Dr. Chang has moved to a new location ( https://bit.ly/31vpBEP ) which is near the corner of La Paz and Moulton Parkway in Laguna Hills. The space is nice for a doctor office and it is reasonably close to my home. The reception desk ( https://bit.ly/2J7YCbU ) is just inside the entrance and waiting area has a decent amount of seating. Once you name is called, the first step is getting your vitals ( https://bit.ly/2qw3CRv ) taken before you are walked to examination room. First time I had an appointment with Dr. Chang was three years ago and most of his criticism had to do with me looking like a human version of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. I managed to put on a few more pounds before I became disgusted with myself and lost over 80 pounds in about 6 months. I went for a physical exam because I was having some digestive distress and I guess I was due for a visit because it had been several years between examinations. Dr. Chang did listen and conducted a thorough physical which included the thrilling prostate exam. The first time he did this exam I was like "Oh, my God!" He replied, "I am just putting on the glove." On my most recent visit during the exam I moaned another doctor's name. Don't do that! "Who is Dr. Jones?" "You're the only one!" Some time in the future I will upgrade to the endoscopic examination which is more commonly known as a colonoscopy. For those not familiar with the procedure, you are put into a twilight sleep while a long, flexible tube with a tiny camera on the tip is inserted into your rectum. The camera is guided through your entire colon which basically makes you star of your own Discovery Channel special (I hope they get my good side). If Jacque Cousteau was still alive, I would definitely want him doing the narration: "Slowly, we are going up Rohlin's colon. Up ahead a steak he had in 1988." On my latest visit, I received a fist bump for the weight loss, but Dr. Chang did mention some sun damage on my head and reminded me my shiny head isn't a solar collector. We briefly discussed my diet (which is atrocious), but since I don't smoke, rarely have caffeine or alcohol and not really a fan of narcotics, I am allowing myself a vice. The lungs sound really good and my vitals are excellent for someone in my age group. Rohlinism: If you don't enjoy your vices, you should find some new ones! The only thing I messed up during this latest visit was forgetting to fast which meant I couldn't get my blood drawn ( https://bit.ly/32Id9CQ ) until the following Friday. The technician who took my blood did it right the first time and the whole procedure was over in less than five minutes. I don't have large veins, so it can be annoying at times because technicians from time to time miss my vein. I like Dr. Chang and his staff which is a good thing since I will be seeing them at least once a year for the foreseeable future!
