Dr Donna Cody discussed several options and I decided to try a pair of Oticon hearing aids. She had a trial pair available and I was fitted, tutored on the mobile app, and sent off to try them for a while. Over the next few weeks I returned for consultation with Dr Cody and minor adjustments to the aids. Dr Cody wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied and that the hearing aids were tuned to my specific needs. I was very satisfied and ordered a pair of Oticon Real aids. Dr Cody and her staff are exceptional. The atmosphere in the office is friendly, helpful, and caring. I never felt rushed and it was evident that patient care was a top priority. My 86-year-old father with Alzheimer's and my mother had an appointment with Amy Lopez at 09:30 AM. We were running 8 minutes late -- life happens when you're caring for elderly parents -- but I even called 5 minutes before to let them know we were on our way. When we arrived, instead of compassion or understanding, the receptionist was laughing and chatting on the phone while I waited. Then, after making me wait another 5 minutes, we were told that Amy Lopez would NOT see my mother because we were late. Do you know what it takes to get two elderly people, one with Alzheimer's, ready and transported to a medical appointment? The effort? The stress? And to be turned away over 8 minutes -- after we called ahead -- was cruel. And to make matters worse, the office was filthy. The floors were disgusting, and the testing room where my mom was supposed to be seen was unsanitary and uncomfortable. As someone who works in healthcare, I was horrified. Compassion and dignity are the foundation of patient care -- and this place has neither. If you care about your loved ones, do NOT bring them here. Especially not to Amy Lopez. Patients deserve better. Elderly patients deserve much better.

We…read morecalled Advanced Eat Care and they got us in in a couple of days (would've been even sooner had my schedule not been as crazy). We asked how much a cleaning would be for her and they informed us it would be around $65. This would include cleaning her ears as well as as the hearing aids. We thought that was fair, given we are in California lol After taking her hearing aids out and checking both her ears and the aids, they discovered neither one really needed to be cleaned. The gentleman who is helping us explain to my mom one area that she could brush free of some dust, and after learning that she didn't have a brush... He went and got her a couple for free. They didn't even let us pay. I thought this was so generous as they could've still charged us for the appointment and the time they took to sit with my mom. Great location, great service.
