The lady who runs this place is very rude and impatient. The impatience was really uncalled for given that I was the only client in the office. She had trouble taking my prints and couldn't have been more rude about it, as if it were my fault somehow. I wouldn't come back here when there are many more places to choose from. They also charge more than others in the area. I would suggest going anywhere else. read more

I have never left a review in my life, but after this interaction with Gabi I felt called to do so. It was quite possibly one of the most rude series of interactions I've ever had, and I work in the theme park industry. I initially came in for a Livescan and was immediately met with a cold welcome. The entire first interaction left me feeling rushed and Gabi talked down to me the entire time. A few weeks later my results came back inconclusive, so I decided to return back to Gabi and explain what had happened and ask for assistance. I got there and sat down and waited a few minutes for her to finish up on the phone (which also sounded like a heated conversation). After initially explaining what had happened with my results, what I thought the answer might be, and what I maybe thought could be done, she responded back with negativity and aggressiveness, with a tone of "well what do you want me to do about it." She even accused me of calling her stupid, which never happened. While she continued to talk down to me I eventually grew impatient and realized she was not the person to go to when you need help. I gathered my documents and left. I'm not sure if maybe it was the prior conversation she had on the phone, if she was having a bad day, etc. I truly always try to give folks the benefit of the doubt. But seeing as this was not only one, but two poor interactions with Gabi, it seems like this is just simply the way she deals with customers. Not only was this an extremely difficult interaction, I also have results I cannot use for future employment. Would highly recommend going literally anywhere else for your services, especially livescans. read more

I was at OC liveScan wanting to get my fingerprints for my realstate license, I had No appointment, I walked-in and the owner Gabi was very busy with other services( taxes, income taxes etc) and she apologized for inconvenience From the entrance it looked she was available but in her back portion of the office where she offers different services he was packed and she still managed to squeeze me in and do my fingerprints! She was gently and took her time diligently n professionally. She had to rebuild my fingertips several times, patiently and made sure everything came out perfect! Thanks to Gabi the process was smoothly and successfully done! She's very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! I absolutely recommend her to all my colleagues realtors and to everyone who needs her services done yo perfection! She's a super sweet lady! Tried to come here once a few months ago for a live scan during their open hours, no one was there. I called today to ask if they take walk-ins for live scans, Gabby said "no...when are you trying to come in" so I said "okay never mind thanks" then she rudely says "my questions was very simple, when are you trying to come in?" Yeah no, I'm not getting spoken to that way when I'm inquiring over info. In fact, MY question was very simple and I got my answer so I hung up on her. Tell me why she calls me back and tries to leave a voicemail? The beginning part of her voicemail said "Next time when you call somebody-" then she got blocked and couldn't finish her message. Terrible way to run a business, but disgusting way to interact with people in general. And I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt after my first experience...lol. read more

I called them about getting a live scan and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. She was very curt and brash, and spoke with a pedantic tone. It also cost $85 which was more than what another place charged. I didn't go here because she was so rude and it was pricey. read more

Came here to do a live scan for an internship that I am about to start. It was pretty quick, but a little on the pricey side. However, they were open the weekend before the holidays, which was great because most other places were closed. Anyway, I did not realize that there was a billing code on the live scan form that I provided to Gaby so that the company that I will be interning for can be billed for the scan. I did not realize this until I emailed the form to the company with my receipt and they notified me that I wasn't supposed to pay out of my pocket because they would be covering the live scan. I contacted Gaby to let her know that there was actually a code for the company to be billed, and that I was told to contact Gaby to see if I could get a refund for the live scan since the company is going to automatically get billed for it. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I have contacted Gaby about this issue, and am still awaiting a response. I will update my review once I hear back! read more

I had to obtain another copy and find another notary who performed the legitimate service. She failed to provide an adequate explanation for her refusal and became very nasty.
