Highly Disappointed with this business, customer service and workmanship. Yeah, he did fix the…read moreslideout but did not even bother to adjust it correctly, bottom is an inch out when closing it scrapes the flooring coming in. He also replaced the awning fabric which I provided. We noticed huge scratches on it right above the door on the new fabric when it is rolled up. The new awning came with a new pull strap and anchors and anchor lines. Hector decided to use the old strap and did not provide the other parts. When we picked the trailer up and paid, he got it out of storage with a forklift, parked it at the curb and just left, didn't go over the repairs or anything with us, just left. When we backed up to hook up to the truck, both batteries were stone dead! This was because he left my rv out on the street all week using battery power during the repairs and didn't bother to plug it to charge it when I told him I would pick it up the following afternoon after work. I guess that's why he split so fast. A mysterious new dent in the skirting near the slide where they working appeared! Rugs in the trailer were flipped over while they were working and were filthy from their footprints on the underside. So lazy and ghetto! Failed to pull one of the wheel chocks when he was moving it and crushed it, found that after arriving home to unhook. Very disappointed in Half-assed Hector and his business. Never again! Go somewhere else!

They rebuilt this 1960 trailer with lots of attention to detail. I love to gaze at the beautiful birch ceiling and walls when I wake in the morning. My happy childhood memories come flooding back from my family trips in the 50's and 60's when the 5 of us traveled in our canned ham all over the country. If you are going to run a business and yet part of your business model is to just have no customer service at all or the common decent or guts to call back and say you are too busy or cant take on the work then you shouldn't be in business as it is insulting to the person looking to you for answers.

Now that I'm home looking at the trailer much more closely, some things don't add up. There are small streaks, scratches, and other markings on the surfaces of the outside metal material on the top side. There are streaks in the white surfaces around the trailer that can't be removed. For a brand-new, day-old trailer, this trailer isn't looking new. I'm pretty sure they sold me a used trailer. See the videos and photos. I'll be updating this review with everything else that I found disturbing. I have poor vision and the sun was blaring so I took my sales man's word. I hope that management can make this right so I don't feel so cheated. Keep in mind none of this was disclosed to me.

We purchased a used RV, first time owners, and came here for service on our 2022 Forester 2401 MBS…read more We did a lot at this first visit: 6 new tires, adjusted Slideout, reinforced the ladder, added another solar panel and new controller, resealed the roof, and a lot of miscellaneous items. We also spent a lot on this initial service, but we felt very satisfied with the quality of work done and overall value. Jeff and his team know what they are doing, and they do a very professional job. He gives good advice on what is and is not a good idea to fix/alter, and he is very customer oriented, making sure things are clean and working as they should, and even threw in complimentary items during the service like a replacement cover for our awning arm he happened to have, moving my fridge to gain a storage space for my long pans, adjusting my shaky rear view mirror, etc. The quality of the work here is great, everything works well and I like that he did some more service items that were really needed (!) like flush my hot water tank- it was so full of white scale! He also works with the insurance companies to fix things that are under warranty and makes it happen in a reasonable amount of time, as much as he can control. We were looking for a good RV service provider for our "new" RV since we plan to keep it for a long time. We definitely have found that service partner here in Jeff's group. They are so knowledgeable and experienced, and he is so reasonable and easy to work with. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use it in the future. Note: If you have to wait for an appointment, it's worth it. The business is popular for a reason, and it's not like other places you hear about where they keep your rig for months and leave you hanging. We contacted them a couple of days ago and they have been avoiding us and now they say they can't help us and are closing down the business so our warranties are useless and they won't repair or replace the subpar materials they installed.
