The taxi driver said he'd be back he needed to give someone else a ride and then we get a call from the taxi company saying they will not give us a ride back home to Brandon. Then she hung up on me. We were left stranded in the cold at Walmart in Coos Bay they also ripped off our insurance company. Will be contacting the ODOT and OHP also about this safety issue. My wife is in very ill health and this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Beware of using this fraudulent cab company.
