Said to call the main line to finalize or if i had any questions. We were hosting a holiday party with 20 kids and I needed an activity to keep them outdoors for as much as possible LOL. When I called, I spoke to Steve who was jolly and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure which jumper I wanted but I measured my yard, gave Steve the specs, and he gave me a few options. We ended up with the new 5-1 combo with the slide INSIDE and tunnel and basketball hoop because he said it was the most popular one and it fit my space perfectly. The pricing is for a full day and it's SO reasonable. We only needed it for a few hours so I asked for a later drop off and Steve even asked if I was sure since I was paying for the full day. I did prefer a later delivery time and they totally accommodated. The day before Steve called to confirm, and then answered more questions I had. Delivery day, and Jeff showed up ON THE DOT and set up was so easy and fast. They don't take payment until delivery which is amazing to ensure everything is up to par and it was!
