No upsell of services and in fact, one of the things I was contemplating I was told to wait on for now as it wouldn't be as effective. I really appreciate that. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Also, Sandi was the nurse involved in my treatments, and is absolutely lovely. So is Ali, the Manager. Very kind and a pleasure to be around.

Jasmine, in particular, went the extra mile to help squeeze in my appointment right before I left on a trip. I wanted to try filler injections and asked for Sandi after reading so many favorable reviews of her work. I had never had any of this type of work done before, and Sandy was very patient with all my questions and concerns. I really felt like our initial consult was very much a collaboration. At 75, my face has many areas that could use some improvement, but my goal was strictly limited to treating the vertical lines around my mouth. Sandy respected my decisions and did not try to upsell me or talk me into more procedures. I am thrilled with the results and plan to return about every six months to repeat the treatments.

I'm so glad I did because I think this is going to be my new go-to spot! I did an acne facial with Gina a week ago and my skin feels so soft and clear. Gina was so sweet, explained everything as she went, and made it a really relaxing experience. The place itself is clean and welcoming too. She reviewed my current products and routine, gave me helpful suggestions for some of my problem areas, and shared feedback on the overall condition of my skin. Her space is quaint and incredibly tranquil. Even though the businesses outside her suite were busy, the moment I walked into her room felt like stepping into a peaceful retreat. Soft ocean waves played along classical music, which instantly relaxed me. I left with glowy, bouncy, and unbelievably soft skin. She uses her own skincare line; none of the products felt harsh or greasy. This would be the perfect Valentine's gift, birthday treat, or pre-event splurge for like a wedding or special occasion. We went in May and the actual spa treatment fell short of expectations. Our hair seems silky at first, but in 15 minutes after leaving was dry and the worst condition either of us had ever had our hair. The most uncomfortable part happened at the end of the visit. The staff stood there to make sure we were tipping, making it very much expected and putting us on the spot. To top it off, they insisted that the tip be sent to them privately and separately rather than going through the company's normal payment system. Cornering customers for untracked, private payments is completely unprofessional.
