He spoke with me numerous times on the phone to make sure he fully understood our issue, performed troubleshooting with me over the phone, called the motor manufacturer, and sent me regular texts to keep me informed of what he was finding out. He took nothing for granted, and did everything he could to make sure we solved our problem quickly without spending money we didn't need to spend. As it turns out, his legwork and follow-through led him to the conclusion that we didn't, in fact, need another motor. After a few weeks their technician came out and told me the motor was burnt out. I never had a problem with it before this. They were going to charge me 1600 to replace it. I got a second estimate from another company for 725, and when they came out they fixed it without replacing the motor so I spent nothing.
