Our original service provider, Hutchinson, couldn't schedule us for our regular service until December which is when they discovered the crack. By then it was cold and we were left without heat. We were extremely disappointed and started shopping for a new company. Broadleys sent a serviceman that day. The next day an estimator came out and measured. We got written options and prices that night. They installed a whole new system a few days later. The techs wore masks and left the house spotless. Because we had to be out of town, we had friends oversee the work. The office staff made sure we registered the equipment for the warranty. Three days ago, my husband and I finally arrived at the house and noticed a crack in the ceiling due to the installation being done in the attic. The techs couldn't possibly have noticed it as it was in a half bath. We notified Broadleys and they had the ceiling patched and painted within two days. Again, the technician was masked, pleasant and prompt. We would highly recommend Broadley's and will be using them for future work.

Within 24 hours a guy calls and says he'll be out to give a quote. He then proceeded to call EVERY DAY, FOR THE NEXT WEEK, about coming out for a quote.

I booked them to clean and deodorize an area rug…read morethat my kitten had begun peeing on, which was clearly explained in my online booking notes and again in person. At no point did anyone from their team say they couldn't handle the job. When I got home after the first cleaning, it was obvious the rug still smelled strongly of cat urine, like nothing had been done at all. They sent another technician the next day, who admitted after a closer look that they likely couldn't clean the rug properly in the first place. That means they had multiple chances to be upfront and professional: when I booked, when they came the first time, and before they charged me. Instead, they wasted my time and money. When I asked for a refund for the rug cleaning, management refused. The manager even had the technician confirm on speakerphone that the rug wasn't properly cleaned--and still denied a full refund. They only offered $40 out of the $140 bill, then rudely said "take it or leave it," and when my husband pushed back, the manager said "then I'll give you nothing" and hung up. This company is both incompetent and rude. They clearly don't care about customer service or honesty. Do not hire Stanley Steemer unless you want your rug left dirty and your time wasted.
