I am very fortunate to have found them and I am so pleased with the outcome. From Meghan to the young man working alongside Joe and to Joe himself...nothing but praise. There was absolutely nothing to clean, as I had the unit completed cleaned, vacuumed, and even washed rugs. I cleaned so well that it was cleaner when we left than when we got there. When I received the invoice for the cleaning, I asked what was the cleaning bill for. I received a response of that 3 cleaners went in and spent over 2 hours cleaning. When I sent several follow up emails asking specifically what was needed to be cleaned by 3 people for 2 hours, I have never received a response back. I have been trying to get a response since August. I think there is a house rental scam going on with owners and cleaners. I know with 100% certainty that there was nothing to clean when we left the unit. And it is a shame that the cleaning company doesn't have the decency to discuss this with me.
