I reached out and was given a quote that seemed reasonable, so we scheduled it in a timely manner. They called me a few days before coming out and asked if they could come even earlier, which was perfect! They arrived within their quoted time frame, moved the dryer, cleaned it, and moved it back. Overall, only a few minutes. The gentlemen that came to do it, 2 of them, were very friendly. Will definitely use them again next time.

They were beyond professional. They took their time cleaning each vent then the "trunk" or base of the unit and sanitized the whole system. Amazing! At no point did anyone from their team say they couldn't handle the job. When I got home after the first cleaning, it was obvious the rug still smelled strongly of cat urine, like nothing had been done at all. They sent another technician the next day, who admitted after a closer look that they likely couldn't clean the rug properly in the first place. That means they had multiple chances to be upfront and professional: when I booked, when they came the first time, and before they charged me. Instead, they wasted my time and money. When I asked for a refund for the rug cleaning, management refused. The manager even had the technician confirm on speakerphone that the rug wasn't properly cleaned--and still denied a full refund. They only offered $40 out of the $140 bill, then rudely said "take it or leave it," and when my husband pushed back, the manager said "then I'll give you nothing" and hung up. This company is both incompetent and rude. They clearly don't care about customer service or honesty. Do not hire Stanley Steemer unless you want your rug left dirty and your time wasted.
