She never gave me a knowledgeable consulation about this procedure except for ''this is great, you will see results, it's fantastic' kind of peptalk, and she never mentioned about possible risks or complications. And also never gave me any papers to sign which is weird as the procedure is serious. I have scars now and have to use a scar cream because of her incompetence. When I booked in for another 2 appointments to see her so she can evaluate the situation after this horrific procedure, she failed to take me on both occasions ,first being when I waited for 30minutes in salon's reception, she had someone else on my time, as it later turned out-it was some sort of emergency because she was squeezing someone's lip filler out because she messed up (her words),.... second time when I booked in she got 'sick or a cold' and couldn't take me on the time I booked and wanted to come. Mind you, she changed the time 11:30PM the night before I was supposed to come, through instagram DM but only when I texted her first - 'see you tomorrow at 10am.' Which makes me think if I didn't text her that night she would have left me waiting again. this is when I went public with my experience, so instead of asking me to see her, she blocked me on instagram and I'm now left with botched eyes. NEVER do this PLASMA PEN thing! By the way, she is super unprofessional, I never experienced this in 10 years of going to beauty salons.... worst thing I experienced.... Update** regarding salon's response, I can tell that this owner is writing a complete bullshit. She never contacted Gardai and she is talking nonsence. She never saw me again after plasma pen procedure as she claims, and she never had a chance to look after at my eyelids to see how the healing is going. EVEN over the text messages she said 'Yeah they look a bit funny' .The day she was suppose to see my eyelids was 2 days after,but she did not see me as she took someone else on my time and was fixing someone's lips that she botched (that's what she said in messages), the second time she did not cancel any appointment. I cancelled because she switched times without asking me, because she got 'sick' at 11PM the night before.Honestly the worst salon I've ever been to, YOU RUINED MY FACE!!!!!! Do you understand that?? I waited for 4 weeks to see if it heals and it hasn't, and your'e telling me that I am not leaving you alone???? I am leaving a feedback of my experience which I can do anywhere I want for as long as I want, so people don't do this procedure and ruin their face. How will you explain these dots and scars? Its not a healing it's an injury on face, look at the photo, it's scars all over my eyes. How you will heal my scars now ? Maybe you want to give me a refund and pay for scar cream that I had to buy for what you have done? And how do you even dare coming up with BS that I am getting paid to leave a review ? Are you serious ffs? You ruined my face and you cannot even take the responsibility for what you did and you are cocky with me? You ruined my eyes, I have visible dots after 5 weeks, see the photo for yourself. I left around 500 euros in that place, in 2 weeks time, and this is how I am treated when something goes wrong on salon's behalf. Not even an apology or some effort to try fix the situation, it's simply unbelievable.She straight on started calling me a liar, an abuser etc all these nasty words (I have all private chats with proof) and blocked me on instagram immediately without even trying to book in a follow up aftercare appointment to evaluate what she has done to my eyelids. I was very happy with the place and I mentioned to salon that I would like to be a long-lasting customer which I did, until to the point she botched and ruined my eyelids/face.

The facial was lovely, lots of nice smelly creams, oils and lotions and potions when on my face and then some sea weed. I got a really quick dry body brush on my back and then a short mild massage and then it was over! I was a little disappointed! There was no steaming or extracting or anything special and it was only 60 min long! It was really nice and relaxing and all that but I was so happy I didn't spend the 115 euro!

On arrival we were led to the changing room to change into our robes before our treatments but when we walked in two men were working on a light in the corner of the room. The receptionist told us that they would only be a few minutes but the men showed no signs of finishing anytime soon. We waited for a few minutes to see if they would finish up but as we had to get back upstairs for our treatments we just had to get changed in the cubicles provided. In my opinion the men should have been asked to step outside while we were getting changed as not only would this have taken a few minutes but there was a lot of banging, not exactly what you expect when you go to a spa. Also, we were asked to share a locker when the receptionist realised that we were together. Initially we agreed but when we saw how small the lockers were we couldn't actually fit our stuff in so we had to take two. We did think it was an odd request though given the sheer volume of empty lockers available. The treatments we had were lovely. The therapists were really nice and had a little chat before starting the treatments to make sure we got what we wanted. The thermal suites were nice too, with an outdoor jacuzzi, indoor hydrotherapy pool, sauna and heated chairs along with a relaxation room to chill out in. The one thing that struck me about the place though was the amount of background noise...banging in the changing rooms, a lot of people walking around outside the relaxation room and people talking outside the treatment room. This, for me, was the deal-breaker! When I go to a spa I want quiet surroundings and a sense of calm. With these type of places I think it's all about the little extras and this place was definitely lacking those special touches. The place definitely showed signs of needing a little work done here and there too. With so many nice spas in close proximity to Dublin I would be more inclined to go somewhere else before returning here again. I gave it three stars because the treatment was lovely but I did contemplate giving it two because I didn't get that 'spa experience' I was hoping for. It wasn't a bad experience per se but it definitely wasn't good enough for me to return.

The massage and facial were lovely, and I would recommend them to a friend. The mini manicure and pedicure, however, left a lot to be desired. The mini manicure was just a paint. I asked for a french manicure and honestly I would have done better myself. The staff were lovely. Lunch was included and consisted of soup, sambo if your choice and tea/coffee or prosecco. Neither the treatments or the food would bring me back here in a hurry though, not with the great selection of other spas within driving distancr of Dublin.
