On a recent visit, I paired in cash for my products and when the cashier returned my change, I was short by $10. She had closed the register and started to walk away, however I immediately counted my change and caught the error right away. The cashier corrected her error, but she was so flippant about it and laughed it off. I wonder how many times this has happened before? Yikes. More recently I needed to make an exchange for a product in a slightly different tone, so while it should have been the same exact price to exchange, I was overcharged. After it was all said and done, It took the cashiers 15 minutes to get me through the whole exchange process. This place is a joke and the associates are not the sharpest tools in the box. Save yourself a headache and perhaps visit a different Ulta location or other cosmetics store completely.

Brooke was my esthetician and she took all of the tension that was in my face away. Her hands are so amazingly good I was melting. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and provided incredible service. Brooke was talking me through most of the things she was doing. The room you go into has classical music playing, a Velcro towel that you put on yourself before the facial and there's a small lamp in the corner that provides just enough light to make you feel relaxed. She gives a quick consultation and survey of your skin before she starts the facial to address your skin concerns. I would definitely come here again just for the incredible facial!
