Cynthia Lozano, the photographer OBD Studios sent for my wedding, lost half of my wedding photographs and then tried to hide that from me when I followed up; rather than informing me in a professional and timely manner, she did not let me know of the issue until a week after she had originally promised me my photos, and this was after I followed up with her twice to inquire about the status of my project. The biggest slap to the face was the email I received from her at that point, informing me she lost the photos -- this included all posed group photos and photos of us going home -- and that she was refunding me $200. Is $200 really the price of a once-in-a-lifetime memory? I am still attempting to recover the originals from her, which she said were too grainy to use. I figured I could pay someone else (I naturally don't trust her photography or editing skills anymore) to salvage at least the group photos. She sent me a flash drive of just 144 raw images -- more than half of which are photos *I sent to her* after hurriedly collecting them from my friends' mobile phones. For reference, we commissioned her to take over 500 photos. She's friendly and nice, but she is not professional at all. I can't say enough great things about the professionalism and talent of Raul and his staff. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an affordable option without having to sacrifice quality. I will absolutely call him the next time I need a photographer. My wife and contacted several photographers to shoot our wedding last fall. After speaking and meeting with Raul Lozano, we immediately felt comfortable with him and without a doubt knew that we wanted to go with OBD Studio. My wife amd I live in Colorado, and there had been a lot of stress for us planning a large wedding in California. Communication with Raul was great, so at least we were at ease with the photography part of the planning, we knew that we were in great hands. The day of the wedding, Raul and his assistant arrived at the hotel bright and early to photograph my wife as she was getting ready. We then proceeded with the ceremony, photo shoot at a park, and lastly with the reception; all of which were in different locations. Raul was there at all times capturing all of our special moments. Raul is THE BEST. We used his services for our wedding and couldn't be happier! He's a very kind person and easy to be around. I'm super uncomfortable getting my picture taken but I didnt feel awkward or uncomfortable with Raul or his assistant.
