He said that I needed to text him with the pickup/delivery locations, contact info, date/time, etc. and he'd get a contract out to me. I did this right away. This was the Thursday before Memorial Day Weekend. No response. I called Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday...no answer, left messages except Thursday. Also, sent an inquiry on their website. I finally did receive a response via email on Thursday (a week later). They didn't have any record of my text and the date I needed was booked already...I would have hoped that someone would have reached out to me if they hadn't received my text, and/or checked their voicemail. I told them I had to find another mover as I was under a time crunch.
