The next day he showed up, measured the gutters and downspouts and gave me a written bid. I accepted the bid and he told me to call him after the roof had been replaced. The roof was replaced about a month later. I called B & B, got their voice mail, and I left a message telling him that the roof was replaced and that he could do the work at anytime. I got no call back from him so two days later I left another message for John. Waited a week and still no call from B & B. I gave up but my wife called one more time and John answered. This was on a Tuesday and he told my wife he would be here the next week sometime to do the work. Waited the rest of that week, all of the next week and now it is five weeks later and B & B has never showed up to do the work nor has he had decency to call us to say yes they were going to do the work or sorry can't do it you need to get someone else. This is one of numerous local companies that I have called to have work done and have not been called back or have been given quotes, accepted the quotes and then never hear from the company again. I think that is why a lot of local people go to Greeley or Denver to hire contractors.

After a delay with another call, a young man with a mature attitude arrived and repaired five outlets, plus reset two GFCIs outside, spending two hours with me. He used his meter to check for live current, replacing my loose or dead outlets to my liking. Well done.

One was located in Austin, Texas. Our other house was located in Fredericksburg, Texas and then earlier this year, we purchased a house here in Sterling, Colorado. Wendy and Erin have been very unprofessional in all our interactions with them and Wendy even flipped my husband the bird. Very unprofessional behavior! We would not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a house in Sterling or anywhere. UPDATE: We feel it was a kangaroo court. The judge was fed and bought. My husband's comment in the very beginning to the judge, "You have already made up your mind about our case. It speaks loud and clear to us." It was apparent to us that the judge did not even thoroughly review our case. The judge also did not appear to have done any review of any exhibits submitted for review and the judge even mispronounced my last name three times! In case you do not know the definition of kangaroo court, it reads as follows: "A kangaroo court is a court that ignores recognized standards of law or justice, carries little or no official standing in the territory within which it resides, and is typically convened ad hoc. A kangaroo court may ignore due process and come to a predetermined conclusion." This is exactly what happened with our case on Tuesday. The First Amendment in the Constitution of the United States reads: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." I have every right to write this honest review of your agency's deceptive real estate business practices and again, your outward gesture with your finger was very unprofessional and very inappropriate. Also, Google defines reviews as follows: "A person is entitled to publish an honest opinion in their Google review and this cannot be considered defamation. If the person writing the Google review honestly held the opinion and this opinion is based on truth, this is a defense against defamation." For your information, we plan to file an appeal in the district court.
