I called B & B to get a bid to replace my gutters and downspouts that were damaged in a hail storm this past summer. I talked to John and gave him my address and asked for a bid. The next day he showed up, measured the gutters and downspouts and gave me a written bid. I accepted the bid and he told me to call him after the roof had been replaced. The roof was replaced about a month later. I called B & B, got their voice mail, and I left a message telling him that the roof was replaced and that he could do the work at anytime. I got no call back from him so two days later I left another message for John. Waited a week and still no call from B & B. I gave up but my wife called one more time and John answered. This was on a Tuesday and he told my wife he would be here the next week sometime to do the work. Waited the rest of that week, all of the next week and now it is five weeks later and B & B has never showed up to do the work nor has he had decency to call us to say yes they were going to do the work or sorry can't do it you need to get someone else. This is one of numerous local companies that I have called to have work done and have not been called back or have been given quotes, accepted the quotes and then never hear from the company again. I think that is why a lot of local people go to Greeley or Denver to hire contractors. read more
