(House: 2 story, 3 bedroom, 1 office/ guest room, 3.5 bathroom) Communication: Excellent! Predominately through text, email, and phone. Edward was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Design: Nice, clean, and modern in design. He personally came out to the house to get a look at the space himself. Edward worked with Asian clients before, so he had good understanding of Feng Shui and what Asian clients like. This was beneficial since most of our clientele are Asian (considering the area). He home staged 3 sitting areas, the guest room, 2 dining areas, and 2 bathrooms. Our house is somewhat awkwardly structured but Edward made good use of the space. His package also included professional photos that we could use to market our house. Everyone who saw our house was very impressed! They loved the design and asked for Edwards business card for the future. Time frame: Initial home staging and design approx 4 days. After our house was sold the buyers requested to move in ASAP. Edward was also able to accommodate for that, scheduling a pick up and moving everything out within 3 days. Price: Fair. Based on # of months, # of rooms, and the amount of furniture needed. We opt to home stage for 1 month but had to extend. The longer you home stage the cheaper the overall cost. Edward: Very friendly and accommodating. Great to work with!

I genuinely cannot understand how a company charging these kinds of outrageous prices manages to deliver such an appalling level of service, disappointing furniture, and complete disregard for its customers. First and foremost, **their crew damaged my home.** Imagine paying a premium for what is supposedly a high-end staging company, only to be left dealing with damage to your own property. Absolutely unacceptable. The furniture itself was also incredibly disappointing, especially considering the astronomical prices they charge. There is nothing particularly impressive about what you're getting, and the overall experience certainly doesn't justify the expense. Then there's Miriam. I cannot adequately express how unpleasant my interactions with her have been. In my experience, she has been **extremely condescending, dismissive, and downright disrespectful.** The attitude is astonishing, particularly coming from someone whose job involves dealing with paying customers. A little professionalism and basic courtesy would go a long way. You're providing a service, not doing your customers a favor. Lose the condescension. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge me an additional **$1,500 simply for arranging a furniture loadout with fewer than 10 days' notice**, despite my previous attempts to contact them. The entire experience felt like one outrageous charge after another. I've also noticed something interesting while reading their negative reviews. Meridith Baer herself appears to respond to some complaints by claiming she cannot locate the reviewer in the company's customer records. **So, Meridith, I've attached a photograph of your company's truck sitting in my driveway during the furniture loadout.** That should eliminate any confusion about whether I was actually a customer. I'm more than happy to provide additional documentation of my experience. In fact, **anyone considering hiring this company is welcome to message me directly.** I'll gladly share what I was charged, photographs of the damage to my property, and additional details about my experience so you can make an informed decision before spending your money. For a company that markets itself as a luxury staging service, the entire operation was shockingly disappointing.
