The team at Langley were transparent and clear about how to best take care of our trees and revive them. It turns out we were overwatering the maples and it overwhelmed the tree systems. They were clear and transparent and didn't try to sell us anything for the sake of selling anything. I really appreciate them using their knowledge and transparency. What really frustrated me was how this business set up an appt, then ghosted me when I tried to confirm it, essentially wasting my time. Not responding to a potential customer, even if the answer is "no," is never an acceptable business model.
