I was welcomed in immediately (no reservation on Monday afternoon) and brought to a room where I was given privacy to change and a bin for my belonging, then the massage began. Shi shi (I know I spelled it wrong) was amazing and very professional. She made sure I was covered & comfortable and seemed to know exactly what I needed! The entire place seemed clean including the bathrooms and the lady at the desk was very friendly as well. I couldn't believe a 1 hour Swedish massage was only $65!! (60 if you pay cash) But with all that being said, if you are looking for a "spa" experience then this isnt the place. The massage was one of the best I've had but the place is missing the more upscale amenities. (Hence the difference in price point) For comparison, most spas have a locker room, refreshments, sauna, steam etc. This place is just an amazing straight forward massage. I'd give 4.5 stars if that was an option. I'm deducting a half star because the massage oil they used was unscented and I'm big on aroma therapy.
