Rebalance Rehab Physical Therapy changed everything for my mother's recovery…read more My mom was struggling with severe vertigo and vestibular symptoms, and we'd already been to another clinic that completely missed what was actually going on. When we came to Rebalance, the difference was immediate and striking. Physical Therapist Asees Singh performed an accurate diagnostic assessment and showed remarkable expertise and compassion during Mom's treatments. The entire Rebalance team couldn't be more impressive, from the director Nicole Olsen to every person who greeted us on the phone or at the door, each is committed to excellence. I also really appreciate that beyond the clinical practice, Rebalance is committed to whole person health with a Pilates studio and an overall emphasis on preventive health. Rebalance is a great asset to Chilliwack. Thank you!!

Katherine Smith Local Guide·45 reviews·30 photos…read morejust now New Justin Dalmacio saved my butt (literally and figuratively!). He is a very professional, knowledgeable and amicable, nice guy of a therapist. I came in with a very active and complex sciatica condition (a.k.a. pain in the __ss) and a host of other old spinal injuries and wear and tear issues and misalignments from an accident-prone lifestyle. Justin diagnosed me using physical manipulations and x-rays and MRI 's that I brought in, and we got right to work. I started feeling better right away and kept on improving in time to go on a long-planned trek in Iceland. Without Capstone I would likely have cancelled on this big investment trip and been poorer, sorer, and not nearly as limbered and wizened! You will like working with him and what it will do for you.

This is the more unreliable physio clinic I have ever had !!!! I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago…read more During the phone call I provided details about my concussion. An hour later, they called me back saying that they need to find me someone specilaise with concussion exercise. This took me another 2 weeks to wait for the changes. And the day before the appointment, in the late afternoon, they phoned me back to tell me that they are cancelling my appointment becuse the physio therapist Jaslyen Singh noticed FEW DAYS ago that she did not have time for an initial assessment. Her 45 minutes session is prefer for something else. The front desk claimed that they did not know that I have concussion !!!!! And they asked me to phone around the town to find someone to make an intial assessment and come back for an appointment which they do not know when. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

First, as a pregnant lady, getting to lie face down on their pregnancy support pillow is a rare treat... Kinda worth the price of admission right there... But aside from the pillow, I felt like I was in really capable, professional hands. Teagan practices a modified style of Swedish massage and took a bit of time to learn what I'd like out of the experience. Having been to other RMTs I know I'm not crazy about having 20 minutes of head cradling (for example) and prefer deep back and shoulder massages. She totally respected my hopes and never fails to deliver. I also enjoy the music she plays... Not the typical babbling brook, nature soundtrack/pan flute often heard during massages... Lee practices active release techniques and gave me great advice on how to carry myself while carrying the extra weight of a baby. He gives a great treatment plus he really set me at ease as someone who usually prefers to have body work done by women. A real professional.
