We picked these guys up as they previously managed the property we bought a year ago. They were…read moregreat September/October 2019, great crew, attention to detail. Winter came and they were prompt on snow removal but created a ditch at the beginning of the driveway as the truck wheel dug in - no big deal at the time. This past summer we spent $10K+ with them for mulch/tree trimming/grass cutting. And they "fired" us. We told Alex (the owner) TWICE the cuts were bad, sent pictures. He acknowledged it was a bad cut and even addressed the employee who was on the job. Since then it was fixed. We escalated 2 other issues - 1 being charged for 3 hours of labor x 2 employees with multiple smoke breaks (cigarettes in our driveway to prove it) to trim shrubs and mulch delivery caused black stains on our stamped pavers. They waived the 3 hours labor x 2 but then said they were terminating our contract immediately. Left with zero notice after 12 months $10,000+ paid and now have to find another company. None of this done via phone or in person...they only communicate via text or email. Unprofessional company, highly recommend you seek a company who cares about their customers. Side note they had our card on file 100% paid on time zero issues yet we got fired lol.

I told Ken what I wanted and he said he could turn our property into the envy of the neighborhood. I was skeptical at first. I needed flowers and shrubs. The side and rear of the house were just ugly dirt and gravel. I wanted a side patio of pavers and rear walkway to cover up the dirt and gravel on the sides of the house. A walkway from the rear walkway to the rear deck. There was a shed with a cement walkway that had to be removed. This was no small task. They tore down the shed and cement walkway and cleared out and leveled out the rear yard. They had to remove over 20 yards of dirt and rocks. They had to move a small tree from the middle of the yard to the corner. They planted new flowers and shrubs with existing ones put down new sod . Then install all the hardscape. It was quite a task. When it finally was finished I couldn't believe it was the same property. Now when buyers come to see the house the first thing they look at is the beautiful new yard.
