We enjoyed the water, tea, and coffee that is available in the lobby throughout the day and night. The hotel was quiet, clean, and accommodating to make our stay worry-free!

The tv was on a swivel so you could watch from the bed or the couch. Shower was nice and hot with good water pressure and includes shampoo/conditioner/body wash mounted on the shower wall. We stopped at the bar one evening for wine. The selection was limited as they were out of many choices for red wine. The bartender was friendly and accommodated us as best as she could. Breakfast was decent. The waffles tasted like pure sugar so you might want to avoid those. They also offered scrambled eggs and sausage one more and breakfast sandwiches another. The standard bagels, cereal and fruit were also available. Coffee was good. Michele was working hard in the morning keeping things stocked and fresh.

Loved having the Starbucks in the lobby. Accommodating staff when my aunt had an issue with her door upon arrival (the battery was dying on the lock) so they had to switch her room but it was important we had a room next to one another and I had called ahead months earlier to make that happen. The staff worked with us to get her a room across the hall. This was on Friday night and they said the maintenance guy wouldn't be in until Sunday and couldn't fix it until then. Only complaint would be the pool. My daughter was so excited to go swimming but the pool was cold!!! Hot tub was bath water temp (bad for a hot tub, good for us) so we just hung out in there. We went to use the pool again at 8:30pm on a Saturday night and we could physically see the chlorine being shot into the pool. It was burning all of our eyes so badly! We also didn't want to be swimming with all the chlorine being injected in the water so she didn't get to go swimming :( Why not wait to do that another few hours when the pool closes? And turn up the temp of your pool so we can actually use it! We would use the hotel again to meet them for a weekend in the future, if the pool was fixed.

The check-in/check-out was very smooth, the welcome team were pleasant and helpful. The staff also provided complimentary water when asked and were always ready to help if needed. Since our last stay here, there have been some noteworthy and nice improvements. For instance the fitness room was one of the nicer ones that I have seen at a Hampton Inn. It is easy to get a full body workout as It included dumbbells ranging from 5 to 75 lbs, a Tag jump box, a Peloton bike and two treadmills. There is also a business center and a meeting room which we did not use. The WiFi worked well and there was plenty of parking on site. The hotel is walking distance from the Boulevard Grill and Dino's Sports lounge and a short drive from Little E's Pizzeria and a local favorite for frozen treats, Meadows. Our reasonably-priced room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The climate control was easy to use. There were plenty of towels and towel holders for a family of four. The outdoor was great for splashing around and cooling off. There is also an outdoor patio and grilling area. The free continental breakfast was what you come to expect from Hampton Inns (DIY waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereal and more). There was something for everyone. There was a convenience counter on site which you could purchase drinks and snacks from at an additional cost. Overall, it was a great stay. It matched or exceeded our expectations for comfort, cleanliness, customer service and cost. Happy ways and super stays!

This is near skiing, and you could enjoy beautiful Somerset fall foliage. I'm told it is rarely humid in the area. It is also close close to the memorial for flight 93. We were in town with family for a funeral and this was a very comforting place to gather and spend time with family and friends. The owners and staff are considerate and kind. They took marvelous good care of us.

It was fairly standard, minimalist and modern in its decor. The bed was soft and there were plenty of pillows (although they were a bit thin, but there were enough of them that that wasn't an issue). There is plenty of space in the room and the TV worked well. It was also nice and quiet. I didn't hear other guests or noise from things like the elevators. The breakfast had a lot of great options and was being attended to regularly to refill anything that needed it. Overall, a great place to spend an evening.
