Turkey lettuce wrap & prickly pear lemonade. 1/15/2022
Rachel S.

Great little coffee shop with sandwiches near Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. We were starved after a visit to the national monument and stopped here on our way back to Phoenix. I asked them if they had gluten free bread because I have Celiac. They didn't have gluten free bread but they made me a turkey lettuce wrap for less than $4! I also had a large prickly pear lemonade for less than $5. It was so good to have a gluten free snack that wasn't chips. My husband had an Italian panini and coffee and both were less than $5. If you're going to the national monument make a stop here. They also have board games inside to play while you eat. Just be aware that they close at 4 PM although you can still sit outside on their patio.

After camping in Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, we stopped at Oasis Coffee in Ajo, AZ. This place is a true oasis in the desert! The paninis and lattes were really good. For dessert: a warm, super delicious cinnamon bun. The best!! Highly recommended!!

I haven't been to Ajo in some years but I was eager to visit again because a growing artist community has blossomed in this summer heat furnace of a little town. Oasis Coffee is still here and the coffee is still good. Sitting in the shade of the plaza, even on a triple-digit day, melts away thoughts and throws you into the moment. This remains one of my favorite town centers of anywhere in Arizona. I'm glad that Oasis has remained a part of it all.

Hidden Gem I usually blow right Ajo I mean seriously what is there to see right? WRONG I will never skip through this town again This coffee shop held some of the most delicious breads and pastries I have ever tasted. The baker learned her trade and skills in Paris. How this town was able to capture the heart of a Paris skilled master Baker I will never know but I sure am glad I got a taste. No seriously, someone send me a message and I will come and do an interview The pastries were that good The staff are amazing and very sweet and assisted with recommendations as I wanted one of almost everything The small but warm cafe has seating both inside and outside Depending on the weather I recommend outside so you can take in the full view of the town, the park across the street and all the buildings in the area Bring a book and simply just enjoy yourself I can actually see this as a day trip adventure to try something new You won't be disappointed

If you're looking for a flavorful cup of coffee or a scrumptious bite to eat, you got to check out OASIS COFFEE. This place is a great place to have coffee indoors or outdoors and gives a super cool vibe! The service is first class!!! Can I give 10? :-)

We fell in love with Ajo, and this cafe is greatly responsible for that! Coffee was excellent and way cheaper than usual. The outside table, under the arches are just pure pleasure. Toilets are clean, staff is respecting Covid 19 measures, there is parking right in front of it, WiFi is fast. What else would you need? I just wish I didn't have breakfast before so I could try some more stuff.

Pumps fired up without any nonsense. No card errors, no weird lag, just in and out. That alone earns points when you've been on the road for a while. Inside was better than I expected for a place this remote. Clean floors, shelves actually organized, not that picked-over, end-of-the-day look you sometimes get. Grabbed a drink, wandered for a minute, and didn't feel like I had to keep my guard up or rush out. The guy behind the counter had that easygoing, small-town vibe. We exchanged a few words, nothing deep, but it felt genuine. Not scripted, not forced. Just normal human interaction, which is weirdly refreshing when you've been bouncing from stop to stop. Bathroom was clean enough that I didn't hesitate, which is about the highest compliment I can give a gas station bathroom. Only reason I'm stopping at four stars is because, well, it's still a gas station in the desert. It's not a destination. But for where it is, it's solid across the board. If you're coming through Ajo, this is an easy, no-regret stop. I'd pull in again without a second thought.

We got morning bun and banana bread and they were so good, not too sweet, the morning bun was so flaky and good amount of cinnamon, my husband didn't like banana at all but he turned out really liked the banana bread. I tried their pistachio cold foam latte with half sweet, and it was so good, the cold foam was light and airy, the syrup didn't overpower the taste of coffee. I usually don't drink sweet coffee, just like original hot latte, but I love pistachio so had to tried this, and it was really good. My husband got the hot latte and it was even better. The staff was nice, there was packed in weekend so kinda busy.

Perfect Perfect Perfect…read more The vibe of the place is amazing, very spacious, and lots of seating. The specialty menu is so unique and very easy to understand. They have for here cups which is something I've noticed not a lot of coffee shops around the area carry anymore so that was awesome. The Moroccan latte was a HIT. Everyone was obsessed with this one, we also added pistachio cold foam on top. For the Moroccan we asked for it to be half sweet and it was still pretty sweet so be aware that this one is for the sweet tooth. The pistachio latte was delicious as well. The lemon poppy seed matcha was really good as a matcha, meaning the matcha was delcious and easy to ddrink. Not a lot of lemon flavor in it tho but the quality was good so no complaints. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. The lemon scone was delicous but the raspberry key lime cupcake was far too sweet. However, this was an awesome shop and I would highly recommend it.
