They also offer disposable thongs if you are more comfortable covering up. I promise you, they have seen it all, so don't be too self-conscious. I had Tessa and re-booked with her for my next appointment in 6 weeks. The waxing is only as painful as it has to be (you are ripping hair off of your Britney, what else do you expect?) However, I've had a number of these done and found this one to be one of the least painful in my experience. It was quick - less than thirty minutes and more thorough than most places are. Definitely found my new go-to.

After booking, I received a call letting me know the massage therapist was not working 9/9 and the next availability was Friday 9/11 despite advertising lots of availability Wednesday 9/9 and Thursday 9/10.
