The company came out, advised on the install and I had them immediately complete the work. The system worked as expected for years and years. I recently changed my modem and router and lost use of the mobile app and for months I was researching to find the company. I couldn't find my original invoice and couldn't remember the company's name. Every company I called wanted to scrap my existing system and install a new one even though I told them the system works perfectly. I found a picture of one of the company's vehicle in my archives and using google images I found the company when I went on Yelp using the results from my searches. My day could not have been better. Spoke to a company representative yesterday and today they got me back on the internet with the app and installed 2 additional cameras. Over the years I install fencing and had other improvements that i can now see around and over. 360 degree coverage is restored, it's newer and improved. The original cost of the install was very reasonable and my serving and upgrade today was just as fair after all these years. I really appreciate this company and you will too; the tech's are expert and management values it customers. So glad I didn't give up my search and that I found them again! I highly recommend this company.

Terry was great to work with. He came over to evaluate my property, explained how everything works,…read moretypes of equipment, how the installation would go, and answered any questions I had. I liked that he was very honest, he tells you what he thinks would work best for your situation and doesn't try to just sell you on his most expensive equipment. I had 7 security cameras installed and I felt that the price of the package Terry provided was reasonable. On the day of the install, Terry and Steve worked quickly and efficiently, it was important to me that the install was clean and discrete. They stayed very late into the night to make sure the job was finished in one day. I was very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a fairly sophisticated alarm system from Mitchell over two years ago. I initially…read morereached out to him because I wanted more than the "2 doors and 1 motion detector" intro package offered by the national chains. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician to my house. Since the equipment is old, he had to send a technician after all. While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Very fair, trustworthy, and refreshing to deal with a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend for your security needs!
