History
Established in 2014.
After 15 years of doing estate planning for assorted billionaires and millionaires, including Forbes 400 members, pro football team owners, professional athletes, and C-level executives of public companies, we've learned a thing or two about how an effective estate plan works.
But it's not just about the slickest estate plan. We've also listened and learned about the hassles that drive clients and their families crazy - and how to avoid them. At Oakstone Law, we're designing custom estate plans with a process clients can love.
Meet the Business Owner: Robert K.
Bob started Oakstone after more than eight years serving as a personal, in-house estate, tax and charitable planning attorney for a Forbes 400 family in New York and Florida.
Prior to that, Bob was an estate planning and estate settlement attorney with prominent firms in Boston and Washington, DC, after beginning his career with a boutique firm in Naples, Florida. (Bob is licensed in Florida and Massachusetts)
Realizing there is far too much cold and snow in places like Boston and New York, Bob returned to Naples. And there he resides with his wife Cathy and daughter.
