I stopped into Li's this morning after a very negative experience at a chain convenience store. To give an early "TLDR:" support local businesses! The quality of the product, the customer service, and the human connection is something you simply won't find at big chains. The prices aren't necessarily higher when you shop local either. Ordered our usual peanut butter total grain (sans banana) with chocolate protein, and a peanut butter banana with chocolate protein. The flavor of my total grain was awesome. I LOVE peanut butter and it pairs so well with oats and chocolate. This has been my go-to every time and you should try it if you too love peanut butter. Unfortunately their espresso machine might need some repairs. The owner Jose was in today and he remembered me despite not seeing me in over 2 years. In corporate speak, he definitely has mastered the art of "connecting with the customer." I appreciated that very much and we had a nice conversation. He provided me with a cup of drip coffee. Much to my delight, they happen to brew bustelo! Me gusta el sabor fuerte, no azúcar o leche para mi! Honestly hands down the best smoothie bar I've been to! I've been to chains and individually owned but this one all around is best! It's out of the way but worth it. Great people, clean updated store front, and FRESH ingredients! My smoothie never tastes bland or like cardboard. It doesn't taste like processed food. Great local smoothie place with plenty of choices. I love that their smoothies are water and ice based versus the juices of the popular chains. I try to watch my sugar intake and it's hard to find an authentic smoothie place like this. I highly recommend it! Can't wait to try my next one. read more

I ordered 3 açaí bowls and it took 28 mins to make and $32 later. They had to make the açaí base and it was watery on all of them. We will not get anything from there again. read more

I only went to this smoothie bar once. It's such a cute small place with great healthy options. The smoothies were so delicious! I was quite impressed. I ordered the avocado sandwich with cheese and my daughter had the Nutella toast with strawberries, which she of course fell in love with! Who wouldn't! It took a little longer than I expected to make everything, but it's totally understandable due to the circumstances right now. Also, I noticed they were quite busy the day I went with a lot of to-go orders. I totally recommend coming here. I would come again and get breakfast or even lunch. It's a typical smoothie joint with high prices. Faux-health food if you will. The smoothies are bland, the ingredients frozen, and more than likely very high in sugar. They are new though so maybe they'll improve. They also serve toast...but I haven't tried that yet. read more

I'm so happy there's a smoothie place in town. I've been there a handful of times now and I realized that they do not put enough fruit into the smoothie, so the taste becomes very watery and bland. But not bad. Also, they need to lighten up the place. Having black walls makes the place look like it's closed. I never see anyone inside. I decided to try this place out on a whim and I'm really impressed! I'm very health-conscious so I don't normally drink smoothies because they're a "fake health food" at most locations. But, they told me they could make one with half a banana, 3 oz of strawberries and whey isolate (25g protein, 110 cal, less than 1g sugar) and no sugar so I ordered that. They even had the option of adding probiotic and Vitamin D The protein used was really high-quality and the smoothie was delicious and filling. I'll surely be back soon. Not bad place for friends to hangout, grab a smoothie and chill. What I don't like is the price. 5.50 for a medium size smoothie? You can go to a store, buy the ingredients, make it yourself and in make multiple cups around 6 bucks. Environment and music is quiet nice and if you want somethin healthy, by all means go but price of the place wasnt worth it. Maybe in the future we get bigger cups or lower the price. read more

Avocado toast needs improvement! If I'm ordering avocado toast, I'm looking for a hearty fresh slice of bread not just a regular wheat slice I can make at home. Avocado very very thinly spread on and covered in pepper. The avocado on top should be more of a mash and not a thin spread. It should also be brighter and fresh. read more
