The lady who is the property manager is perfectly willing to let you see the apartment they have…read moreavailable, but when you come back to the office, which is really just her dining room and not set up at all to receive potential renters in a professional or casually professional manner (more later) she will get cagey if you ask questions about the apartments. She claimed not to know what year they were built, or the roof put on, or any of the things a property manager should know as they are common questions and commonly needed information for rental insurance. When asked what the waiting list was the only answer was "We're accepting applications." Ask how many applications they have and unlike other properties her answer is "We're accepting applications." I highly suspect if I was to pay the application fee I would have no chance of obtaining the apartment. I highly suspect if you do not meet the property manager's fancy you will have no chance at obtaining the apartment. I highly suspect my application fee would have never been used for a background check and would have been picketed, my application thrown in the trash. I am no stranger to live-in property managers, whose apartment is also their office. This place appeared to not really be expecting visitors at any time for either rental inquiries OR if I was a resident complaints or notifications of issues with an apartment. (leaking faucet, broken ac, any of a number of normal rental maintenance needs). On the way out, after politely saying I would need to discuss this with friends and family over lunch, I was followed with a "We [Property manager's name]'s can be stubborn." Which cements the thought that she would have happily taken my money, and just as happily never thought of, called, or given me a chance.

This is a terrible complex to live in. Yes the rent is low, but for good reason. The windows are…read morevery old and leak constantly, causing your heating and cooling bill to spike. The walls and floors are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are saying. The complex manager, Gloria, is very unhelpful. When I filed a noise complaint she made me feel guilty for waking her up. I had some of the creepiest neighbors and felt very uncomfortable at night. Stay away from this complex. I can't wait for my lease to end!

My experience at Regency Apartments has been extremely frustrating. Within two months of having my…read morenewborn, I received two lease violations that felt completely unreasonable. One claimed someone was living in my second bedroom simply because it had a bed and furniture in it, and also accused my apartment of marijuana smells, which was ridiculous considering I had just brought a newborn home. Communication with management has been terrible. I asked to speak with a supervisor and never received a response. On top of that, there have been ongoing pest issues since moving in. Keep in mind that I'm dealing with postpartum recovery through all of this. Plus, with a newborn, I do have people over--especially my child's father, who is away most of the time due to being in the military. My guests have even been harassed by the property manager when they were simply dropping off supplies for me. The property manager also seems to rarely be in the office until close to closing time. Overall, management seems more focused on giving out violations than actually addressing the problems in the apartments. It honestly feels very money-driven. Lastly, the review from Payal is very accurate. I knew them when they lived here, and their review from years ago still reflects many of the same issues.

Tifton has worse places but this isn't something you'd want to subject yourself to. The apartments…read moreare old, you'll never guess what might fall apart next. I live on the ground level floor and their drainage pipe burst into my living room from underneath the carpet. Since then I have had problems. The management blames me for disposing food in their garbage disposal, which i discontinued after the first time they told me, two years ago. The drainage problem still continues. My bathroom tap leaks hot water 24/7 and I end up paying 50$ more in my electricity bill. Again, nobody will fix that for you. The basin sink has been rusted ever since I moved in but live with it. You'd expect I'm broke and that's why I'm putting up with this. Well no! It's a hefty 525$ for two bedroom here. Please contact garvey and garvey or advantage realty and go to better places for just 25-50$ more per month. My schedule doesn't allow me to look for places and move. That's the only reason I'm putting up with the mistake I made two years ago.
